Good doctors and nurses

What a shame I can't leave a 5 star review as the doctors and nurses are really good BUT unfortunately the support/reception/office staff are quite useless. I have had numerous experiences of inefficiency, such as wrong items ordered from the chemist, neglect to book blood tests and urine tests, not passing on messages/requests. etc etc. My last visit was met by a surly, too busy to be courteous receptionist who is in the wrong job or overworked.
