since registering with the surgery in january, every single month i have to go in to the surgery and tell them ive not had my repeat prescription medication from the pharmacy because they have refused to send the prescription. Even boots pharmacy cannot get any sense out of them. enough is enough, im going to the ombudsman and possibly medical negligence solicitor for causing uneccesary pain and suffering. want to be taken off your medication, with no consultation? then this surgery is the place for you.
