It would be beneficial if patients could receive notifications when their online prescription requests are processed... I was left waiting for 10 days and ultimately had to contact the pharmacy by telephone to confirm the status, which I was pleased to learn had indeed been completed.

Absolutely terrible treatment. My elderly aunt was left in a state of complete neglect, struggling to move with a dislocated hip for more than half a year. After her surgical procedure, there was zero communication or post-operative care. Despite repeated promises of follow-up calls, they never materialized. I was forced to personally intervene and demand a district nurse visit her, given her inability to leave her home.

Got through to them right at opening time, and they responded promptly within just 5 minutes. The doctor phoned me shortly after, about 20 minutes later, and the prescription is already on its way to the pharmacy. Absolutely fantastic service

Worst medical practice ever terrible service nightmare

I've been residing in Kenilworth for twelve months and have yet to secure a single medical consultation. Without a doubt, this is the most incompetent healthcare practice imaginable. UPDATE: Today, my wife experienced absolutely appalling treatment from one of your front desk staff. The GP and 111 service were equally dismayed when my wife was essentially dismissed, despite her being classified as high-risk and desperately requiring an urgent appointment. Why do GP receptionists display such abysmal customer service? Completely unacceptable. A formal complaint to PALS is imminent.

Decent doctors but frustrating appointment booking system

A commendable medical practice that unfortunately suffers from peculiar appointment management strategies. Bizarrely, patients must telephone on the day and hope to secure a same-day consultation slot within a narrow timeframe. Scheduling a standard appointment feels practically impossible. Securing a consultation with the same physician is equally challenging, which creates significant difficulties for patients with ongoing medical conditions who must repeatedly explain their history to different doctors. Not every medical concern requires immediate attention, yet patients still need professional consultation. I would gladly wait several weeks to see the appropriate healthcare professional. The physicians themselves are generally competent and occasionally demonstrate exceptional care. However, we have also experienced some notably poor interactions. We've found ourselves at Warwick's Accident and Emergency department multiple times after consulting 111 due to missed appointments or unsatisfactory medical advice. These observations represent genuine, constructive feedback. While I suspect these issues aren't solely the surgery's fault, they could significantly improve service to Kenilworth by implementing a more efficient appointment booking system. It would be beneficial if they could adopt digital booking methods similar to the NHS app, which already enables blood test scheduling.
