Terrible customer service at medical practice nightmare

The customer service at this medical practice is absolutely atrocious. The reception team displays an unacceptable level of rudeness and complete lack of assistance. My daughter-in-law has been suffering with ongoing pain for days and cannot obtain a medication refill because only a GP can authorize it. Phone attempts are futile - waiting endlessly only results in being told to call back the next day. During a visit with my granddaughter on Tuesday, I stood at the check-in window and was greeted with an eye-rolling receptionist. I witnessed two other frustrated patients leave after being verbally berated. I strongly advise anyone experiencing similar mireatment to file a formal complaint. When I spoke with the practice manager today, they merely rambled without showing any genuine interest in resolving the situation. As a result, I will be escalating this matter to external authorities for review.

Terrible service and unprofessional reception staff

The receptionists displayed an extremely discourteous demeanor! Despite my respect for Mr. Hogue, the fact that the GP contacted me to schedule a face-to-face checkup for my 6-year-old, which is standard procedure after they neglected to inform me for 6 weeks that the test was not conducted, does not mitigate the receptionist's poor attitude. However, comprehensive staff training would certainly help address this issue. I must acknowledge that the unnamed individual who called me was remarkably professional, calm, and demonstrated a clear understanding of the problem and its resolution.

Skilled doctors hampered by terrible reception staff

The medical professionals here are exceptional, but the front desk staff are incredibly discourteous and unprofessional. During our wait for the doctor, the phone rang incessantly for 15 minutes while the reception team was engrossed in conversation, making it impossible to get through. I strongly suggest they either invest in comprehensive customer service training or completely replace the current reception staff with individuals who possess better interpersonal skills and understand the importance of politeness.

Terrible service from rude and unhelpful receptionist

I haven't personally needed this medical practice, but arranging an appointment for someone else has been absolutely appalling. My specific interaction with Saima was terrible, as she displayed an incredibly unprofessional and dismissive attitude in what should be a compassionate healthcare environment. I was attempting to secure replacement medication for someone who experienced an allergic reaction, and Saima's response was to repeatedly redirect me, telling me to call 111, while 111 then instructed me to contact the GP. When I called back, Saima again insisted I contact 111, completely disregarding the urgent medical situation. Honestly, her conduct was so unbelievably unhelpful and rude that I cannot comprehend how she maintains this position. It's painfully obvious that any person with even the most basic understanding can recognize that the positive reviews about Saima are completely fabricated and utterly ridiculous.
