Terrible medical practice with zero patient care

THE ABSOLUTE WORST MEDICAL PRACTICE IN EVESHAM! No language can adequately express how terrible this clinic truly is. Attempting to book an appointment is futile, with slots vanishing instantly after the 8am phone lines open. Their professionalism is non-existent, and their organizational skills are catastrophically poor. The receptionist consistently fails to answer calls and provides zero meaningful assistance with patient inquiries. The entire staff management is so fundamentally broken that a complete overhaul is desperately needed. The physicians are equally incompetent, aggressively dismissing genuine medical concerns and berating patients who seek urgent care. When I reported a severe headache following an injury, they treated me with contempt rather than compassion. The care is so slow and dismissive that one might conclude it's faster to succumb to an illness than to receive any meaningful medical attention from this practice. Absolutely do not recommend under any circumstances.

Horrible medical staff with unprofessional rude attitude

Utterly unsatisfactory. The most unprofessional demeanor imaginable. Recently, we brought our child for a medical consultation with a physician (whose name escapes me), and the staff's behavior was shockingly disrespectful and hostile. From the moment we arrived, the doctor's attitude was combative. She was reluctant to refer us to a dentist due to our being new to the area, even going so far as to claim she sympathizes with dentists who reject and turn away patients. It's appalling. We felt like unwelcome intruders rather than patients seeking medical care. Never in our experience have we encountered such abysmal treatment.

Terrible emergency care that wastes precious time

A complete farce. Whenever my girlfriend and I visit this place, we end up waiting endlessly and are consistently the last to be seen. The reception team is fine, but the medical personnel are inefficient and completely clueless about scheduling. On both occasions involving urgent appointments, they've made us sit around for hours with no regard for our time.
