**UPDATED REVIEW** I have absolutely no complaints about this medical practice. I've been a patient for many years and have consistently received tremendous support, even during my teenage years when health anxiety was overwhelming due to an undiagnosed condition. The staff always treated me with compassion and respect, guiding me to the most appropriate clinician. This support ultimately led to a diagnosis that has completely alleviated my anxiety, providing clarity about my long-standing symptoms. The nurses and GPs are exceptional. I want to give special recognition to the admin and reception team - contrary to some negative reviews, they are incredibly helpful. As someone who works at a GP surgery, I understand how challenging appointments can be, but they always manage to accommodate me with telephone consultations. While appointments may sometimes be limited, it's crucial to recognize the immense pressure the NHS is under. These teams are human and doing their best, so they deserve kindness and understanding. 5/5 stars without hesitation. ***UPDATE*** Dr Elias Perez Martin was outstanding today. He apologized for a slight delay in calling, which wasn't an issue, and thoroughly examined my symptoms while arranging further investigations. The new Anima system has been incredibly user-friendly and convenient, especially for someone like me who struggles to make phone calls during work. I've been fortunate to receive same-day responses, making me skeptical of negative reviews. The system provides an alternative communication method without excluding those without internet access. My only disappointment is having fewer opportunities to speak with the wonderful admin staff! Keep up the fantastic work.

Terrible healthcare service fails patient's basic needs

Absolutely appalling behavior! A relative sought basic blood work due to feeling unwell and observing some health concerns. With a background of genetic medical conditions, and having made zero demands of the medical practice for nearly a decade... Their reaction is to shut down his straightforward request for routine tests and deny them outright! These tests are incredibly inexpensive! Such an incredibly callous and disrespectful approach. They should be thoroughly embarrassed by their actions!

An utterly disastrous medical experience. Attempting to secure appointments for my aging family members has been nothing short of a complete farce. Consistently blocked from scheduling, experiencing hung-up calls from reception, suffering unexpected appointment cancellations, and encountering staff with terrible attitudes and zero empathy. The process of obtaining appointments has dragged on for months, with zero meaningful care or communication provided to my elderly relatives. When I've tried to voice my serious concerns about this abysmal service, I've been dismissed and told to simply submit a written complaint, with no option for direct dialogue or digital communication channels. Staff members robotically regurgitate standard responses without genuinely listening or addressing the issues. The complete absence of human compassion is glaringly obvious across both clinical and administrative staff. This service is not just subpar—it's profoundly frustrating and completely unacceptable.

Incredible medical team saves patient from miserable sickness

I cannot sing this medical practice's praises enough! The reception staff are wonderfully welcoming, and the doctors and nurses are incredibly compassionate and skilled! This winter, my immune-suppressing medications and MS have made me particularly vulnerable to illness, but the practice nurse consistently delivers outstanding personalized care. Recently, I experienced the most severe sinus infection of my life. Due to my compromised immune system, my initial symptoms were merely swelling and a mild fever. The nurse thoughtfully prescribed pain relief that wouldn't conflict with my MS medication and potent antibiotics. Initially, my condition dramatically worsened - I was completely incapacitated and essentially confined to bed. Eating, moving, or even turning were nearly impossible, even with strong pain medication. However, after 24 hours, the antibiotics worked their magic, and I was reduced to feeling like I simply had a common cold. I felt compelled to express how profoundly you've impacted my health and to convey my deepest appreciation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The medical staff here are exceptional. The front desk team consistently demonstrates warmth and professionalism (I've been a patient since their Gold Street location, and have always had positive interactions with the reception staff), and while they do ask comprehensive screening questions, it's clearly to ensure you're directed to the most appropriate healthcare provider. If any questions feel too personal, you can simply state your preference for privacy. There's one physician I personally avoid due to his past treatment of my mother following her stroke, but every other doctor and nurse in the practice is truly outstanding - they embody compassion, attentiveness, and thoroughness in their approach to patient care.
