I'm thoroughly impressed with this medical practice once more. This morning, I called at 9:15 and managed to secure an appointment for my mother by 10:30. The receptionist who answered the phone was exceptionally polite and accommodating, instantly recognizing my mother when I mentioned her name. The doctor was equally compassionate, carefully explaining everything during the consultation. Superb, superb, superb, superb..... words cannot adequately express our gratitude to the Abbey staff. Their politeness and helpfulness never waver, even as Teresa and I frequently visit. A heartfelt commendation goes to Michelle and her nursing team, who tackle the repetitive challenge of dressing our legs with remarkable skill.
