We have been using this practice for years and since we had our baby have had to visit more often than usual. The care has always been timely and appropriate, and particularly since introducing the virtual form to request callbacks/appointment the process is a lot smoother. I can genuinely recommend this practice.

Great Practice

I have never had a problem getting an appointment in this Practice. After submitting an on-line consultation they contacted me on the day and offered me a face-to-face appointment on another day as it was not urgent. Receptionist are kind and helpful and GPs are very professional and caring. I feel they listen ans care for their patients.

Can't trust these people at all. They never follow through and always make empty promises about scheduling.

Terrible healthcare service with rude and unhelpful staff

The service here is absolutely terrible, particularly from the front desk personnel. My wife is gravely ill, and despite repeatedly attempting to schedule an appointment since early morning for five consecutive days, I've been unsuccessful. When they finally answered at 8:15, the staff member was incredibly unprofessional, aggressively yelling at me. I've never encountered such appalling treatment in my entire life. I'm completely exasperated and feel that a patient might be better off suffering at home than enduring this nightmare of a medical facility. If they were monitoring their phone interactions, they would surely be horrified by their own conduct.

Worst medical service ever completely unacceptable

Unable to secure a medical consultation despite persistent attempts over 48 hours, including early morning visits. The earliest available appointment is a staggering six weeks away, and I've been advised to seek emergency room treatment instead. The clinic's service is utterly unacceptable and demonstrates a complete disregard for patient care.
