Upon relocating from a particularly supportive practice to this one, I experienced a lengthy period with minimal contact and very few appointments. There was a noticeable lack of routine monitoring during this time. It has been refreshing to finally feel listened to and have my concerns acknowledged without having to struggle to be heard.

I attended an appointment at the practice today. The clinician I saw was very pleasant and took time to explain things clearly when I raised questions. Following this, I was directed to see another member of staff for a blood test. They were equally friendly and approachable. It really does make a difference to have such a supportive experience when dealing with significant health challenges.

I have been experiencing an ongoing health concern that required blood work to be carried out. Initial tests were conducted, and when results indicated a potential issue, the healthcare provider arranged for additional testing to be performed at optimal times to ensure accuracy. The follow-up results also showed something requiring further investigation. The clinician has been proactive in maintaining contact to check on my wellbeing and has coordinated with specialist colleagues at the hospital to arrange appropriate care. I have been offered an appointment at the hospital much sooner than the typical waiting period, which I greatly appreciate. Throughout this process, the healthcare provider has demonstrated professionalism and genuine concern for my care. There is much more I could say about the support I have received and continue to receive. I am very grateful for the attentive and professional approach taken.

I was offered an out of hours appointment for a cardiac test. The appointment was scheduled for the following day. I received two telephone consultations. Both were very positive experiences. Medication was prescribed and a referral was arranged. Everything was explained thoroughly. The entire process was efficient, professional and approachable.

The pharmacy staff member was very polite and courteous, and took time to explain my blood test results. They arranged for my medication to be sent to the pharmacy. The blood tests themselves were carried out by nursing staff who demonstrated a professional approach throughout.
