There is a perception that the approach favours recommending non-prescription remedies over medication, and medication management decisions have been frustrating. Referrals to emergency services seem to be the default recommendation. The overall value and purpose of attending this practice is questionable. The experience has been disappointing and unhelpful, with additional concerns that remain unaddressed.
