I've been a patient at this medical practice for years. Dr. Rahman consistently demonstrates professionalism and goes above and beyond to address my healthcare needs! The front desk team is excellent, and regarding all the complaints about parking fees... many medical facilities employ similar parking management systems. I recall parking here before the camera was installed, and it was incredibly challenging to find a spot - undoubtedly because people were misusing the parking area for non-medical purposes! Absolutely deserving of a 5-star rating!

Ridiculous parking fine ruins hospital visit experience
Got slapped with a £100 fine for parking at their rear car park while attending my medical appointment. I've just been prescribed antibiotics and now I'm stuck with this hefty penalty. I hadn't been there in 3 months, and back then parking was no problem. Be warned: you'll waste an entire day deciphering all the notices plastered everywhere - windows, walls, building surfaces, floors - and they'll claim the information was clearly displayed for you to see.

Unfair parking fine ruins medical practice experience
I just got slapped with a £100 parking fine for using the practice's car park during my appointment! We've been loyal patients here for around 4 years and have always parked without any issues or prior indication that we needed special permission. The car park has always seemed intended for both doctors and patients. Now, out of nowhere, we're hit with a penalty, and the receptionist claims we should have asked for permission beforehand. When did this rule come into effect? Why aren't they clearly communicating these parking requirements to patients? Anyone visiting this practice should be extremely cautious about parking on their premises.

Very difficult to get an appointment. If I'm in pain and in need of medication, an appointment 4 days later is pointless. So peoples only option is to go to a+e and take up their time. Also, when the answer machine tells me I'm number 1 in the queue, I don't expect the receptionist to then answer and then put me back on hold. So I clearly wasn't 1st in the queue was I. And now that they're fining for parking in that tiny carpark, I think it's time to find another GP.

Rude gp dismisses patient's genuine health concerns
I visited the doctor for my child's appointment and inquired about a helicobacter pylori test, as I suspect I have it and was unsure if my GP could perform it. The doctor immediately stated that the NHS is a free service and refused to test me solely based on my symptoms, suggesting I simply take Omeprazole instead. I explained that I had already undergone two antibiotic treatments, with the first being ineffective and the second leaving me with persistent stomach pain. His response was dismissive, declaring, "Let's end this because I don't want to waste time and I don't care about what you were told in your country - this is the UK and the NHS." To this doctor, I want to make something clear: firstly, I work 12-hour shifts and pay taxes, so I believe I'm entitled to "free" healthcare. Secondly, if you're unwilling to spend time with foreigners who have medical histories from their home countries, perhaps you should hang a sign saying "NO FOREIGNERS" on your door. This is my first encounter with a GP in this city, and I'm thoroughly disappointed by the rude attitude of this particular "doctor" who seems annoyed by patient concerns. It's because of such "doctors" who view themselves as infallible that people in this country might not receive proper treatment or, worse, could be suffering from undiagnosed serious illnesses.

To my absolute dismay, I was slapped with a £100 parking fine for using the practice's own car park - how absurd is it to penalize patients who are simply trying to access medical services? Absolutely terrible pediatric emergency care - I strongly advise against choosing this facility. We endured an excruciating wait exceeding 3.5 hours, with my child still not seen despite experiencing ear pain and bleeding. The staff's only response was that the doctor was on break and demanding higher wages, while leaving children to suffer needlessly. They're critically understaffed, operating with just a single physician. This emergency room is completely ineffective and a total waste of precious time. If you have children needing urgent medical attention, invest in private healthcare instead of subjecting your family to this unacceptable treatment.

Terrible medical service causing harm and distress
I've been trying to obtain my medical notes for over three months, repeatedly requesting them. When I finally received some documents, they appeared to be completely fabricated. I strongly suspect they intentionally destroyed my original medical records. This isn't the first time - a previous surgery (Millview) did the same to me and another family member. They've passed our case between surgeries, compromising our data and breaking confidentiality protocols. They've been formally informed about these issues but seem indifferent, caring only about financial interests and not patient welfare. The distress and potential harm they've caused is immense. Their staff appear incompetent, almost robotic, and have particularly endangered a close relative with autism. The entire situation is a complete disaster that remains unresolved even in 2022. The level of negligence and potential corruption is shocking. Absolutely useless organization that has defamed our family through their reckless handling of our medical information!

Absolutely zero assistance provided, completely disregarding the patient's concerns. It's impossible to reach the physiotherapist responsible for treatment. The doctor claims MRI scans are scheduled, but no medical facility will perform them due to the patient's pacemaker. There's no meaningful treatment whatsoever, just endless suffering and wasted time. The care is utterly abysmal, and I strongly advise against anyone seeking help here. No medical support, no communication, just pure frustration at this clinic. The NHS service here has sunk to an unprecedented low. If I could, I'd rate this experience far below zero.
