I waited 4 weeks for an appointment with doctor B., then had to wait 2 hours in the surgery for it, no explanation to why she was running so late when there was only 2 of us left in the sugery. A lady infront of me asked why it was taking so long as she had to pick her children up. Only then did the receptionist knock on the doctors door to ask why there was such a delay, to which the doctor just put her hand up to the receptionist as she was on the phone. We were told then that there was a delay, and the lady before me was asked if she wanted to go and pick her children up then come back, inwhich she refused, she was then told that she could just leave and wait for another appointment, inwhich she said she would wait, and had to ring her parents to pick her children up. Her appointment was 4pm and she didnt go in to the doctor until 5.45pm. I was then called in at 6pm, my appointment was 4.15pm. The doctor apologised to me and said she had had a family bereavement, then went out of the room and came back 10mins later, so I was seen at 6.10pm. She then asked what I was there for. It is not the first time my experience has been horrible with this particular doctor. I took my 85 year old mum, who was asked last minute to go for an appointment, inwhich we waited over 1 hour to be seen, when we had rushed there. She rushed my mums appointment and gave her a presidure in which my mum yelled out in pain and she made my mum bleed and just said use coconut oil on it. I cant go into detail on here, but my mum felt violated by her treatment. It's so hard to get in to actually see a doctor that we take any appointment going. Things need to change.

I had a very bad experience with Jeannette, as she had given me an appointment for today but, when I arrived she did not let me see the doctor at the time of my appointment because she made an error and did not know why she sent me an appointment for it. furthermore she was incompetent when talking to me, up until I mentioned that my daughter had a possibility of having cancer. She was also discriminating against me, as she saw arrive early but then chose to attend someone who came later than me and when I pointed this out to her, she said she made a mistake in a very rude tone, practically yelling it at me and she did not even offer an apology for her behaviour. This made me quite upset so I asked politely for an appointment with her manager and then again, she yelled it at me while I had been polite with her the entire time, even after her multiple mistakes. After this I was forced to call 111 to ask for advice on what I needed to do and they informed me to go to a pharmacy to buy the required medication for my daughter, and they had also suggested me of changing GPs. This utter incompetence to me makes me feel like she (Jeannette) has been not only treating patients like this for a long period of time, but has gotten away with it! As when a doctor came out to see what was happening, she simply looked and did not intervene or do anything to correct the way I was being treated, which makes me feel insecure as to how this surgery centre treats people like me, who are not the best at English nor have a British accent when the main objective of a doctor is to be helpful towards people in need or in distress.

Terrible service when mental health support matters most
I called seeking assistance during a critical mental health crisis and was informed that no appointments were available for up to a month. The front desk personnel are incredibly unprofessional, constantly probing with inappropriate questions about personal medical details and treatment effectiveness. These receptionists lack the qualifications to discuss medication, and their role should be strictly administrative. They need to stay within their professional boundaries or bring back the previous staff who understood proper customer service 😉 😀

Terrible medical service and total communication breakdown
Absolutely not worth your time. I arrived for my scheduled visit, only to find the doctor was significantly delayed. Eventually, I was informed that the doctor would contact me since I couldn't continue waiting. Three hours later, the receptionist called, mentioning the doctor had left and now insisted on an in-person consultation, while simultaneously suggesting any doctor could handle my case over the phone. A completely frustrating and unprofessional ordeal.

This marks my third consultation about the identical problem, which remains completely unaddressed. Moreover, my scheduled appointment was set for 10:00 am, yet I wasn't seen until 11:00 - a full hour's delay! I've been left waiting only to be redirected back to the emergency department because they're unable to provide a proper diagnosis or treatment plan.

Worst medical experience ever with uncaring doctor
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! STEER CLEAR! The primary physician refuses to listen or allow you to speak. Extremely discourteous to the point where my mental well-being deteriorated. I can't comprehend why I even switched doctors. Note: Sharon and Dr. James are genuinely exceptional, though. P.S. We've now received a notification that my partner and I have been *removed* from the practice. The lead doctor on Tuesday, May 14th, 2024, was incredibly disrespectful. He wouldn't permit me to speak or even hear me out. I had to explicitly request permission to talk. His attitude was so demeaning and made me feel utterly worthless that I was driven to contemplate self-harm! First encounter, he claimed *you're the type who constantly demands* He discontinued all my inhalers and declared I never had asthma, yet simultaneously maintained me on asthma medication?? Explain that contradiction!

For two consecutive months, the medical staff have failed to process my essential medication. When I contact them, they claim they'll handle it immediately, but just like last month, the doctor delayed marking it off for five weeks. The front desk and nursing staff are exceptional, but the general practitioners fall significantly short. Persistent problems plague prescription management, with patients being talked down to and made to feel infantilized during consultations. The lack of compassion and understanding for challenging personal circumstances is appalling across all medical interactions. The breaking point came when disclosing my transgender identity to Dr. Bala, despite this information being clearly documented in my records and previously communicated to multiple doctors. She proceeded to summon what appeared to be an administrative staff member, and together they stared at me as if I were some spectacle, then demanded paperwork that the surgery had categorically refused to accept months earlier. Feel free to remove me from your service - I have no intention of remaining anyway - but this will undoubtedly demonstrate your organization's complete inability to handle legitimate criticism.

Are you serious about this pathetic excuse for a medical practice? Minimal effort, filthy seats, grimy bins scattered outside, zero concern for basic sanitation. Endured a 90-minute wait to consult a doctor, surrounded by seemingly unhygienic individuals. I was so disgusted that I nearly abandoned my appointment while feeling unwell, completely repulsed by the environment where other patients had been sitting.

Compassionate healthcare that truly cares for patients
More positive encounters than negative. My physician reached out to me personally after hours, despite being exhausted. It seems to depend on how you interact with people. I've been a patient for seven years with zero issues. The entire staff consistently goes above and beyond to assist. These are truly challenging times. COVID remains a significant threat. Tragically, my mother-in-law recently passed away from the virus. The pandemic is creating widespread disruption. My advice is to maintain composure and understanding. I cannot emphasize enough how highly I recommend this practice. Every single staff member is exceptional - from administration and nursing to reception, back office, practice management, and doctors. They invest in updating their technological infrastructure, and wait times are always minimal. They even host open days offering comprehensive health screenings. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

Steer clear of this medical practice! Completely ineffective and frustrating. The reception staff are discourteous and unprofessional. They consistently promise return calls that never materialize. Securing a doctor's appointment seems impossible, and their home visit commitments are equally unreliable. The level of patient care is shockingly poor, demonstrating total disregard for people's health needs. If a zero-star rating were available, I would absolutely select it. Utterly lacking in professional care and customer service, it seems the staff lacks proper medical training. Upon entering the practice, a massive computer screen obstructs the reception area, making direct communication with the front desk impossible. It's astonishing they manage to retain any patients at all!!!
