Patient feedback reflects a mixed experience with the practice, with significant variation in appointment access and reception experience. Many patients report difficulty securing timely appointments, with some describing lengthy waits spanning weeks or months, phone booking inefficiency, and challenges reaching the practice by telephone. A minority of patients experienced straightforward appointment scheduling and praised the responsiveness of the service. Reception experience divides opinion, with some patients noting courtesy and helpfulness from front desk staff, whilst others reported discourtesy and unresponsiveness.
Medical care and clinical interactions receive consistently strong feedback across the reviews. Patients frequently describe doctors and nurses as compassionate, attentive, and thorough in their examinations and diagnostic approach. Communication about test results and treatment options is generally praised as clear and supportive. The practice environment and modern healthcare systems, including e-consultation platforms, are noted positively by several patients.
Some patients raised specific concerns about individual clinical encounters, including perceived lack of empathy during certain consultations and issues with procedural care. A small number of reviews highlighted operational challenges such as reliance on outdated communication methods and prescription management processes. Despite these concerns, the majority of feedback emphasises professional competence, genuine care, and a supportive approach to patient wellbeing across the medical and nursing teams.

Poor!
Outdated systems make healthcare access frustratingly difficult
The medical practice seems less congested compared to the previous year. However, securing an appointment during the initial weeks remains challenging without a triage system. They continue to rely on FAX communication, which presents significant security vulnerabilities and remains susceptible to potential spoofing risks. This approach contradicts NHS guidelines recommending email communications. Even with electronic prescription specifications, when the GP operates remotely, a physical paper prescription is generated. These prescriptions must be manually collected by local pharmacies, with only most (though not all) making daily attempts to retrieve the green slips.

Excellent!
Fantastic healthcare with caring professionals
I've consistently found it easy to schedule appointments whenever necessary, and I've never encountered any problems. Moreover, all the medical professionals I've interacted with have been exceptionally competent and caring.

Excellent!
Waiting times aside, excellent medical care
The sole drawback I've encountered is the extended wait times for scheduling a consultation. Aside from that, I have absolutely no complaints about the medical staff, both nurses and physicians.

Bad!
Terrible product that should be completely avoided
An absolute disaster that falls short on practically every level. Steer clear at all costs.

Bad!
Terrible healthcare experience that left me hopeless
Nearly impossible to schedule a visit. The facility is so depressing it feels like my health is already deteriorating before I even meet with a medical professional.

Bad!
Frustrating healthcare with impossible doctor appointments
A truly dreadful healthcare facility, which is unfortunate because their nursing staff are actually quite excellent. I never managed to see a physician, so I cannot speak to their quality. My attempts to secure a doctor's appointment spanned four months, with staff consistently telling me I was calling on the incorrect day!!! Each time I was instructed to ring back in three weeks, only to find no appointments were accessible. During my final consultation with a nurse, I voiced my frustration about the impossible appointment process, and she claimed numerous slots were open. This contradicted the information I'd received just an hour earlier when I was told they were completely booked. As a result, I have relocated outside the county. This medical centre is clearly accepting more patients than they can adequately manage, creating a fundamentally broken system for those seeking healthcare.
