Password sent to wrong address after update

My girlfriend attended for the first time as a new patient and provided a urine sample for testing, which subsequently went missing. During this initial appointment, the clinician indicated they had not reviewed her medical history from her previous practice. Despite this, she was prescribed medication based solely on her account of having taken it before. After updating her address with reception staff in person, she was sent login credentials to her old address due to a printer malfunction at the facility. This oversight meant she had to wait over two weeks for her next appointment. A prescription issued on a Friday contained two errors affecting the date and the number of doses, rendering it unusable. While the staff have been courteous, this friendliness does not compensate for these administrative and clinical errors, which negatively impacted her health. The service would not be recommended for urgent matters. The overall experience has been disappointing and fell short of expectations.

Reception staff were dismissive and unhelpful

I usually attend my regular practice which is always spotless and has friendly staff. On this occasion, I needed to visit a different location after a hospital appointment to collect a prescription. Unfortunately, I found the experience disappointing. One of the staff members seemed dismissive and walked away while discussing another patient. I also noticed some hygiene concerns, including what appeared to be poor hand hygiene practices when handling documents. The overall cleanliness of the premises fell short of what I would expect, and it could certainly benefit from a thorough clean.

Rude reception staff and unhelpful pharmacy service

I have never experienced such poor service at a medical practice. The reception staff were discourteous and condescending, and the on-site pharmacy proved to be unhelpful, which led me to seek pharmaceutical services elsewhere.

Reception staff helpful, but appointments frustratingly limited

I have found the clinical team at this practice to be unhelpful over an extended period. They have not followed recommendations from specialist services, demonstrated poor administrative handling of paperwork and scheduling, and shown reluctance to investigate underlying causes of ongoing health concerns. The approach of addressing only one issue per appointment has been frustrating when dealing with interconnected symptoms. Most disappointingly, pain management support that was established after considerable discussion was subsequently withdrawn without adequate explanation. There are additional concerns beyond these points. I am currently in the process of transferring to another practice. The reception team deserve recognition for their consistently friendly manner and competent assistance with administrative matters.

I experienced a wait of around twenty minutes for my appointment. Subsequently, I received correspondence at my home indicating that a scheduled procedure had been cancelled following a four-week period. I found this situation frustrating and wish I could express a lower rating than what is available.

Reception didn't warn about parking charges

I incurred a parking charge of £42.11 in January when attending an appointment for a health check. There was no clear indication at reception that vehicle registration details needed to be provided before booking. The parking enforcement appears to be generating significant revenue. I recently attended for a routine health assessment and parked on the road outside, where additional notices have been posted around the reception area. I wanted to flag this concern about the parking situation.
