Terrible service and endless doctor rotation nightmare

When I relocated five years back, I joined this medical practice. While technically registered with a GP, I've never actually encountered my assigned doctor during appointments, to the point where I'm skeptical about their existence. Every single consultation involves a different physician, which means repeatedly explaining my medical history—a frustrating and disorienting experience. The practice's quality has dramatically declined since the pandemic, to such an extent that it deserves formal complaint. Living with severe asthma and frequent chest infections, attempting to secure a timely appointment is utterly ridiculous—currently facing a four-week waiting period. I'm actively exploring options to transfer to another surgery, as this one desperately requires new leadership and management.

I am thoroughly frustrated with this medical practice. After experiencing an accident, I urgently sought a doctor's appointment, yet they left me waiting for three whole weeks. This treatment is completely unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for patient care.
