Mixed feelings about this medical practice
My physician is fantastic, absolutely no issues ❤️❤️ however, the front desk staff and nursing team are problematic. During today's blood test appointment, I struggled to find parking and arrived 5 minutes late. After spending 2 minutes attempting to self-check-in, I was forced to interact with the receptionist. She informed me that nurses have a strict 10-minute window per patient, and because of my slight delay, they had already moved on to the next patient 😂 The receptionist suggested I either go to the general hospital or wait for a rescheduled appointment next week. Interestingly, during our conversation, I mentioned an upcoming doctor's call about my tests, which prompted her to unilaterally cancel my previously scheduled doctor's appointment and other pre-booked consultations. It seems the reception staff here possess an extraordinarily inflated sense of self-importance. I get the distinct impression that many of them believe they've earned some sort of advanced degree, though likely from an institution that specializes in undermining medical professionals' decisions.

Absolutely terrible healthcare service nightmare
It's absolutely ridiculous. I log in precisely at 8am to submit an E-consult, only to be greeted with a message stating that the practice isn't currently accepting online appointments. I repeatedly attempt to book until 8:30am when they officially open, then phone in, only to be stuck listening to an automated message claiming they're not taking calls at the moment. As a healthcare professional myself, I'm baffled - what's the purpose of running a practice if you can't even offer basic service!! When I finally get through at 8:49, I'm informed that I'm the 16th caller in the queue!!!??

You can't get through to them. If you do, they instruct you to schedule an appointment online, which is futile because the system claims no morning slots are available. The receptionists seem to be performing their duties as if under duress. They continuously bounce you between the clinic and the hospital, creating a frustrating loop. Steer clear of this place at all costs!

While the medical professionals are excellent, securing an appointment has become increasingly challenging - the system's recent modifications make it nearly impossible to schedule urgent consultations with a doctor. Now they're solely pushing patients towards the 111 service or recommending pharmacist consultations. It's absolutely ridiculous and completely nonsensical.
