Compassionate care that made a real difference

I was only in the area for a short while, but I registered to this surgery after expecting to stay for longer. The care I received at the Health Centre was exemplary, and I found the staff to be extremely compassionate and empathetic, to an extent I hadn't experienced in my native country, Wales. There was no judgement, and I actually feel that my appointments sparked a positive change in my life despite returning to Wales, in regards to an ongoing health matter. I was able to complete my registration, however I was unable to obtain an appointment as it was classified as non-essential during the pandemic period.
