Efficient online system made requests feel reassured

I am so very grateful for the care I have received, both for myself and my children. The clinical team at this practice are very caring and professional and I would highly recommend this service. The staff members I have seen have been wonderful and so kind. The online health system appears to be very efficient and I feel so reassured that when I submit a request, this will be dealt with promptly. On all of the occasions where I have used the online system, I have received a phone call from the clinical team or a message. The service also gives patients the opportunity to describe their concerns and upload photos. It is brilliant. Thank you so much to the practice. Very grateful 🙏

Nurse made wound care feel comfortable and reassuring

Had an excellent experience at Ambrose group practice. The nursing staff member I have seen on several occasions is brilliant, with an amazing sense of humour that puts you at ease. Their professional manner and knowledge is reassuring. I required a procedure and had to attend appointments every other day for wound care. With their skilled cleaning and dressing techniques, my recovery progressed perfectly. They even followed up with a call to check on my progress a few weeks afterwards. Truly impressive work ethic.

Prompt response and swift hospital referral

Very good treatment received. Blood test was carried out, followed by a phone call the next day at midday, with an appointment offered that same afternoon. After examination, a referral to hospital was arranged. The hospital appointment came through within a couple of weeks and the outcome was reassuring. The prompt and efficient service was much appreciated.
