I recently switched to a different practice. Up to now, I have found it fairly straightforward to obtain information, book appointments and receive guidance, primarily through the online system. When needed, I have also been seen in person. The staff have been courteous and supportive throughout.

I recently underwent bilateral wrist surgery and am extremely pleased with the entire experience and outcome. The surgeon was welcoming, friendly and reassuring throughout the procedure. All staff members were attentive and compassionate. My hands have recovered wonderfully since the operation. I now experience no numbness, pain, or tingling sensations. The whole process was genuinely pleasant and I am deeply grateful to all the staff involved for their excellent care and support. Thank you very much!

I was unable to secure an appointment in December with the specialist I needed to see, and the appointments team indicated they would reach out to me in January, but I didn't receive that contact. When I visited the practice today for a separate matter, I mentioned this to the receptionist at the desk, and she promptly arranged an appointment for the following week. The receptionist was exceptionally pleasant, courteous, and genuinely helpful with everything I asked. I didn't catch their name, but they were working at the front desk around mid-afternoon today. The practice would benefit from having more staff members with this person's attitude and dedication. I really appreciate their assistance, and I'm sorry I didn't manage to get their name to pass on my thanks properly.

Quick Saturday appointment when I needed one

I was pleasantly surprised to secure an appointment on a weekend within a week of making my booking request, and I am genuinely appreciative of this. The clinician saw me promptly at the scheduled time, conducted a thorough examination, and provided helpful guidance. I am grateful for the service received.
