Throughout the emergency, their clinical competence, manner, and professionalism were exceptional. Despite my altered state of consciousness, I could perceive their calm reassurance and clear explanations of the treatment being administered. Their swift medical interventions, combined with assistance from emergency responders and paramedics, were instrumental in saving my life. I have been told that without this prompt attendance and care, the outcome would have been very different. The subsequent care provided by the ambulance service and the hospital emergency department was also of a high standard. I am profoundly thankful to everyone involved in my care during this critical incident.

After exhausting the pain management medication provided upon hospital discharge, I contacted the dispensary team to request that a GP issue an additional prescription. The team member I spoke with was extremely helpful and accommodating. The next morning, I received a text notification confirming that my medication was ready for collection. The service provided was excellent.

The surgery underwent significant refurbishment and expansion in early 2018, which resulted in larger and more thoughtfully designed clinical spaces that better serve the surrounding area. Booking typically requires contacting the practice approximately two weeks in advance, though there is somewhat greater availability for patients willing to travel, as the surgery has established links with a neighbouring practice. Same-day appointments do occasionally become available.
