Pharmacy keeps forgetting my monthly prescription
I've had a positive experience with this pharmacy and am considering switching my prescriptions there. My current chemist has been problematic lately. I visit monthly and have encountered recurring issues over the past few months where my essential medication hasn't been available. I haven't received any notification by phone, text, or email about these shortages—I only find out when I arrive to collect my prescription. The only reason I've continued using my current pharmacy is due to its convenient location near my home. I'm now seriously considering making a change.

Sent between pharmacy and doctor without help
I felt the experience was unsatisfactory. My daughter was unwell with symptoms including a high temperature, throat discomfort, and a respiratory condition. When I contacted the practice in the morning to request an appointment, I was redirected to the pharmacy, who then directed me back to the practice. There was a delay of around 15 minutes due to traffic congestion during the busy festive period. The clinician declined to see us and instead advised us to attend the emergency department. Managing all of this in a single day while my daughter was ill was frustrating. Overall, I felt the standard of care provided fell short of expectations.

Impossible to book appointments through the phone lines
Accessing appointments at this surgery has proven to be a stressful experience, and the booking process is quite challenging. The practice recommends calling early in the morning, as availability becomes limited as the day progresses. However, the telephone lines are frequently congested, making it difficult to reach someone. Since relocating, I have found the transition to this practice frustrating, particularly as I have several ongoing medical matters that require attention and follow-up care. The difficulty in securing appointments has significantly increased my stress levels. The booking process has required numerous attempts to connect with reception staff, and the repeated calling has affected my sleep and overall wellbeing. The situation feels unnecessarily complicated and has been quite distressing.

Reception mix-up meant missing appointment
I booked an appointment for the afternoon. When I arrived, my details were recorded and I was directed to wait for a clinician in one of the consultation rooms. Following a 45-minute wait, I decided to inquire about the delay. The receptionist then informed me that I had attended the wrong practice location. This was extremely frustrating as I subsequently missed my appointment slot. This is not an isolated incident, as I have experienced similar issues previously at this practice. On a past visit, I felt the clinical approach was inadequate. Overall, I have found my experiences at this practice to be disappointing.
