Unfair morning call system hurts working patients
If you contact the GP surgery on Tuesday afternoon or evening, but someone else calls Wednesday morning, that later caller gets priority, even though the Tuesday callers were first in line. Essentially, for those working mornings who can't make early calls, this surgery seems to be encouraging patients to become unwell. My recommendation is to either change to a different practice or simply go without a GP. When you explain your inability to call due to work or other commitments, they dismissively respond with "just call in the morning" immediately after you've clearly stated you cannot do so. It's incredibly frustrating because the doctor himself is exceptional, but I'll never be able to see him for my serious epilepsy and other health issues due to their ridiculous system that prioritizes morning calls, regardless of when you initially reached out. Completely and utterly unacceptable.

The staff display an appalling attitude, speaking condescendingly while simultaneously insisting on courteous communication from patients. It's bewildering how such employees remain employed. The general practitioner demonstrates complete incompetence, showing no comprehension of proper patient care or urgent referral protocols. They claim the referral is correct, yet when you contact the clinic, you receive confirmation from a manager that the urgent referral was indeed mishandled. The overall treatment, service quality, and professional standards are abysmal. This is unquestionably the most substandard medical practice in Cambridge.

Gp McGuinness left me feeling completely unheard
I've been associated with this medical practice for some time, and since Dr. Gant's departure years ago, the quality has significantly declined, seemingly being driven into the ground. There's a complete lack of compassion and kindness—basic qualities that don't cost anything. The GP, McGuinness, to whom I've been assigned, has shown absolutely no concern for my mental health condition or overall wellbeing, and has never demonstrated even a hint of understanding or empathy. I've never felt genuine concern from this GP towards me as a patient. I firmly believe doctors should not be judgmental, dismissive, or patronizing, especially when they lack understanding or refuse to explore a patient's experiences—which is precisely what I've encountered with this GP, whom I've been forced to see despite requesting an alternative. I urge others, particularly those from minority backgrounds, who are struggling with mental health and trying to do the right thing, to be cautious. This experience is so profoundly disappointing that it deserves zero stars.

Be cautious, everyone. This general practice surgery will carelessly spread your medical information throughout Cambridgeshire. When confronted, they'll simply refuse to engage. No need to worry, though. I'll be contacting the Practice Manager shortly to inquire about why my private patient information has been disseminated across the region. While registered with ARS (quite an apt acronym!), I steer clear of this clinic at all costs. I receive superior guidance and care from my local Lloyds pharmacy. My recommendation to you is simple: avoid falling ill, whether physically or mentally, because ARS will neither assist you nor provide adequate treatment, and they'll ensure everyone in Cambridgeshire knows about your unaddressed medical condition!
