Terrible staff couldn't handle basic task

These people are utterly incompetent, incapable of executing even the most basic assignment. Four staff members failed to complete a straightforward task. If you seek quality healthcare, your only option is private treatment!!! The NHS is completely useless.

Stuck on hold till they closed early

Dialed their number at 17:36 and was left waiting endlessly until 18:02, when they abruptly shut down operations ahead of schedule and terminated my call simultaneously... absolutely fantastic service.

Rushed and cold medical staff left me frustrated

Deeply let down by my encounter at this medical facility! One would anticipate healthcare professionals to display compassion, warmth, and genuine concern for their patients - but that was far from the reality. Instead, they seemed rushed and disinterested, barely acknowledging my presence with even the slightest hint of friendliness. It appeared they were competing to process patients as rapidly as possible, with zero regard for personal comfort or emotional well-being. I am thoroughly frustrated by the impersonal and perfunctory approach to patient care they demonstrated.

Unhelpful doctor dismissed my chest infection

Extremely disappointing service with unprofessional staff, including a physician who called and made me feel completely discredited. I've been suffering from a persistent chest infection for a fortnight, and was essentially dismissed with a dismissive suggestion that it would resolve itself eventually.
