Feedback reveals a mixed but predominantly negative patient experience. Reception and nursing staff consistently receive praise for courtesy, professionalism, and supportive care, with particular recognition for their welcoming demeanor and efficient service delivery. However, significant concerns dominate the feedback regarding physician communication and diagnostic care. Patients report persistent difficulties accessing appointments, with challenges around booking availability, early morning requirements, and long waiting times. Multiple reviews highlight poor physician communication, including dismissive attitudes, lack of empathy, and inadequate responsiveness to patient concerns, with several patients describing diagnostic errors that required emergency intervention or alternative medical care.
Appointment scheduling emerges as a major frustration point, with patients describing complicated booking processes, repeated phone attempts, and arbitrary prioritisation of appointments. Communication barriers extend to telephone accessibility, with reports of calls being disconnected or ignored. While some patients describe smooth visits and efficient service delivery, the overall pattern suggests inconsistency in care quality and responsiveness. The contrast between positive reception experiences and negative physician interactions indicates systemic issues with clinical communication and patient-centred care that warrant attention.

Frustrating healthcare experience with poor communication
I rang their office precisely at 8am, and they repeatedly disconnected my calls. Eventually, after a frustrating wait until 8:20, I managed to connect. When I requested an appointment, they claimed no morning slots were available. I then asked for an afternoon slot, but they refused to schedule anything. Instead, they instructed me to upload a photo via a link and await a callback - except they didn't even send the link, forcing me to call again. I'm dealing with a straightforward case of tonsillitis - it's not complex medical science. I simply want guidance on medication from the pharmacy. I can't help but feel their dismissive attitude might be racially motivated, as I'm a person of color who desperately needs medical attention. I'm a single mother who hasn't eaten in three days, feeling incredibly weak and in urgent need of help!!!!!

Dangerous doctor fails patients with shocking negligence
Dr. Punoose is undoubtedly the most incompetent physician I've ever encountered, displaying a complete lack of professional engagement and showing zero interest in patient care. My experiences with her are extensive and deeply troubling, revealing her as an utterly unreliable general practitioner at this medical practice. Despite my numerous attempts to avoid her, her ownership of the surgery means my complaints consistently fall on deaf ears. I genuinely believe her negligence could potentially result in a fatal outcome for a patient, and may have already done so. When I experienced vision issues prior to my stroke, I requested she investigate my blurry eyesight. Her response was to request a photograph of my visual symptoms - a response so absurd and unprofessional that it speaks volumes about her medical competence. The entire situation is both frustrating and potentially dangerous.

Avoid Dr Panoose but love Debbie's care
I absolutely refuse to have Dr Panoose treating me or my loved ones, as she is utterly unacceptable. The other physicians at the practice are competent. As for Debbie, she is exceptional - despite my intense discomfort with blood draws, she manages to make me feel completely relaxed, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with this task.

Dangerous medical care at its worst
Hoping there was a rating below the lowest possible score. Certain medical professionals at this facility seem incompetent. Previous reviews have already highlighted specific problematic staff members. It's truly disheartening, and this particular doctor either requires serious professional intervention or should undergo comprehensive retraining.

Misdiagnosis puts patient at serious risk again
My sibling visited the clinic yesterday due to a painful leg lump that was hindering her mobility. The physician initially dismissed it as a fatty tissue mass. However, upon going to the hospital today, she discovered it was actually a blood clot. Disturbingly, this is not the first time this medical professional has made such a misdiagnosis, as a similar incident occurred last year with the same doctor.

Deceptive clinic fails patients with poor service
Called to schedule an appointment and was informed only one doctor was available, but I refused due to a prior negative encounter. I was booked with an unknown practitioner who turned out to be a practice nurse, despite my request for a physician. While waiting, I overheard the receptionist mention Dr. Skeet (who is excellent) and confronted them about being misled, as he was actually in his office..!!!!.. Enraged, this practice used to be top-notch but has drastically declined. Pauline and Dr. Skeet were the best staff members. The current receptionists are terrible - rude and indifferent, sitting and playing with their hair while the phone rang constantly.. Unacceptable... Get your act together 😡😡😡

Uncaring doctors dismiss patient's mental health needs
I sought mental health support at this practice, but the environment was so unwelcoming that I've opted to manage my condition independently rather than endure their treatment. One physician essentially dismissed my concerns, telling me to simply "move on," while another implied I was merely seeking a medical excuse. The level of compassion and professional care was nonexistent. It's an appalling medical facility. My plan is to complete my medication regimen with them and then immediately transfer to a surgery with staff who demonstrate genuine empathy and understanding. This entire experience has been deeply disappointing and detrimental to my well-being.

Terrible healthcare with zero compassion and competence
Steer clear of this practice. Whenever my family or I fall sick, they consistently create complications. I recently experienced excruciating back pain that rendered me immobile, unable to walk or sit. Initially, a staff member suggested an emergency doctor consultation, but another quickly retracted that offer. The staff demonstrates shocking inconsistency, zero empathy, and minimal desire to assist patients. Our vaccination records have been misplaced at least twice annually. They're notorious for unnecessarily medicating my son for months, treating him for asthma before finally conducting a lung x-ray, which ultimately revealed no asthma whatsoever. The moment our current health issue resolves, we're definitively changing healthcare providers. Without question, these are the most incompetent general practitioners in human history!!!

Exceptional service from pauline and dr skeet
Pauline at the front desk is absolutely exceptional - it's clear she's the backbone of the entire operation. Her absence is immediately noticeable as the workflow becomes less efficient. She's incredibly competent and tackles tasks with remarkable immediacy, resolving issues on the spot without unnecessary delays. Dr. Skeet is equally impressive as a physician, demonstrating genuine compassion and creating a welcoming environment for patients. Together, Pauline and Dr. Skeet are truly invaluable members of the practice, elevating the overall quality of service and patient experience.

Compassionate doctor saves family's health journey
Doctor friend is the sole medical professional who has successfully assisted my son and continues to do so. I am incredibly grateful and will exclusively seek treatment from this doctor.

Terrible doctor with terrible bedside manner
DR PEARLINE PUNNOOSE Absolutely the most incompetent physician at this medical facility! All the other doctors are excellent, with Dr Skeet being particularly outstanding. DR PEARLINE PUNNOOSE displays an incredibly condescending attitude and appears to lack even basic medical knowledge.

Unprofessional medical care with privacy concerns
Consistently incorrect diagnoses force us to seek alternative medical advice at walk-in clinics. The front desk staff loudly announce personal information, demonstrating a complete disregard for patient confidentiality and privacy.

Terrible doctor fails patients with poor care
I wouldn't award this medical practice even a single star. The primary doctor, Dr. Punoose, demonstrates a complete lack of compassion for her patients. Her attitude has made me seriously consider finding a new healthcare provider. While I appreciate the other physicians in this practice, she stands out negatively. Her demeanor is arrogant, and her medical competence is questionable. She failed to correctly diagnose hand, foot, and mouth disease, dismissing it as a simple rash, and similarly mischaracterized croup as a standard cold.

Terrible healthcare with zero patient compassion
Appalling Medical Practice, Reception employees display a hostile and discourteous attitude towards patients. Physicians demonstrate minimal patience and empathy, rushing patients through consultations with clear disinterest in providing comprehensive care. Their communication is abrupt and dismissive. Telephone accessibility is extremely poor, and when contact is finally established, the interaction remains unpleasant. Patients should categorically steer clear of registering with this medical facility.

Chaotic clinic fails patient with sick infant
absolutely dreadful encounter. scheduled consultation at 2:20pm with my tiny infant (6 months old) arrived punctually, endured 20 minutes holding baby while waiting to see physician. Zero progress... every subsequent patient received treatment while we were left standing idle. Upon questioning the receptionist about why others were seen before us, she casually mentioned the doctor chose to prioritize different patients, despite their appointment being later at 2:40pm - completely unfair. what's the purpose of making an appointment if they arbitrarily decide to bypass you. terrible... definitely not an acceptable situation when you're carrying an unwell infant and being treated so inconsiderately...

Frustrating healthcare experience with a glimmer of hope
Completely dissatisfied with the service. Forced to be present early in the morning or repeatedly dial to schedule an appointment. Ultimately resorted to calling emergency services as the physician repeatedly dismissed my condition as a "standard cold" when it was clearly something more serious. The doctor displayed a lack of competence and a somewhat discourteous attitude. Extremely disappointed overall. On a positive note, the reception staff are genuinely pleasant and friendly.

Terrible service and unhelpful staff at clinic
Total disappointment from start to finish. Regardless of the issue at hand, their solution is always to schedule an appointment for next week or demand you show up at 8:00 a.m. When you explain that your work schedule conflicts, the reception staff becomes completely indifferent and unhelpful. Steer clear of this place at all costs!
