A significantly improved experience compared to the traditional method of calling at 8am to book an appointment. The rapid response and prompt answers provided are incredibly time-saving, particularly when the practice and patients have busy schedules. When an appointment is needed, availability is arranged remarkably quickly. I find this service much more convenient as the digital platform is more user-friendly. Ordering medications through the system is also more straightforward. All the staff members encountered over the past couple of months have been excellent and very supportive. The assistance provided by the team has been invaluable during challenging periods, making difficult circumstances considerably more manageable.

Impossible to book appointments through their system
Inadequate Standard of Care - After being a patient at this practice for over ten years, I have felt compelled to access primary care elsewhere. The practice appears to operate with insufficient clinical staff relative to its patient population, which undermines its ability to deliver effective care. There is considerable staff turnover, making it unlikely to see the same clinician on repeat visits. Accessing appointments has become increasingly difficult, with the booking system having changed from telephone availability at flexible times, to a restricted telephone window, and now to an online form submission process with no guarantee of being seen. While the physical premises are adequate, I feel the management and clinical team lack the necessary competence and commitment to patient care.

Staff responded quickly when I struggled to breathe
I came to the surgery experiencing breathing difficulties and required my medications to be adjusted. After spending a brief period completing my request form, a member of staff approached me, took me to a consultation room, and provided assistance to help ease my breathing. Within twenty minutes, I was able to arrange an appointment with a clinician for a review and medication adjustment. I am very grateful to all the staff members for their help.
