Caring doctors, frustrating appointment booking system

It's an excellent general practice... but scheduling via phone is challenging - I'd strongly prefer returning to the online booking method used during the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the difficulties, I have nothing but respect for the staff, who are doing an incredible job with limited resources in this urban healthcare setting. They truly deserve recognition for their hard work...!!

Worst medical practice ever avoid at all costs

Deliberately unhelpful. They've gone to great lengths to prevent anyone from making contact or obtaining medical support. Their phone lines are perpetually busy, and they've eliminated the online portal for medical aid requests. It's appalling that such a terrible organization exists, and it's evident they're intentionally obstructing access to care.

My baby has reached 18 weeks, and they've only managed to administer a single vaccination because of repeatedly cancelled appointments. This medical practice is absolutely terrible when it comes to scheduling and punctuality.

Frustrating healthcare experience with endless waiting times

Getting an appointment with this doctor is incredibly challenging, and after enduring a lengthy wait of several months, I finally secured one. Then, I was instructed to schedule a blood test, which again involved months of waiting. On the actual day of the blood test, upon arrival, I was informed that the appointment had been cancelled. This is absolutely ridiculous and feels like a complete mockery of patient care!

Endless calls zero help from healthcare nightmare

Every attempt to schedule an appointment since signing up has been thwarted by their perpetually unavailable phone line. During my most recent effort, I dialed over 100 times without success. Frustrated, I personally visited the health centre, only to be informed at 8:10 am that no appointments remained, with staff claiming the phone was constantly occupied by patient calls. Ironically, while I was physically present, I never once heard the phone ring. Absolutely abysmal service

Worst medical service ever experienced in my life

I've been attempting to contact them for two consecutive days, from morning to evening, with no success. When you physically visit, they schedule an appointment, and then the doctor reaches out. 1. Communication is extremely poor. 2. Extremely challenging to connect with the doctor. 3. Prescription pickup is mandatory in person for everyone, regardless of your health or ability to travel. 4. Trying to schedule an appointment is futile - they simply won't respond (If you're desperate, just give up). 5. Staff and doctors lack cohesive communication. They operate by their own rigid rules. WISHING YOU THE WORST IN YOUR MISERABLE EXISTENCE. THE DECEASED SHOULD FIND PEACE

Nightmare experience with disrespectful and unprofessional doctors

The personnel here are shockingly discourteous, with Doctor Watson being particularly egregious. She abruptly shut a door in a patient's face and completely ignored them, which contradicts the fundamental medical principle of respect. It's evident she lacks any professional empathy. She persistently argued against amoxicillin, despite my previous successful treatments and documented medical history. The staff consistently disregard patients, claiming to be occupied while visibly engrossed in their mobile phones. Their policies seem arbitrary and inconsistent. I absolutely cannot endorse this practice. Without question, this is the most substandard medical clinic I've ever encountered. Anyone genuinely concerned about their healthcare should steer clear of this place. Regrettably, the rating system forces me to assign one star, but in truth, this establishment deserves zero.

blood nurse raghad displays an incredibly unpleasant and hostile demeanor, consistently maintaining a negative attitude. attempting to engage in conversation with her results in her abruptly and harshly responding. her conduct is entirely unacceptable. in contrast, all the other doctors are excellent.

Steer clear of this general practitioner. Their medical advice is questionable, and they seem more interested in rushing through appointments than providing quality care.
