After relocating from the south of England, I have been genuinely impressed by the marked improvement in the standard of care I now receive compared to my previous practice. Every clinician and team member I have encountered has been exceptional and consistently goes the extra mile. I have dealt with several significant health matters, and on each occasion I have been treated with appropriate seriousness and compassion. Phone calls are answered quickly and courteously, and staff are never overbearing. Getting an appointment is straightforward, and I am typically seen without delay. The administrative staff process paperwork with impressive efficiency. When I request prescriptions through the online system, they are usually ready at the pharmacy within approximately an hour. I have needed to have extended discussions about my care on a number of occasions, both over the phone and in person, and I have never felt pressured or hurried through these conversations. I am currently considering relocating slightly outside the practice area, and the primary factor giving me pause about proceeding with a house move is the prospect of losing access to this outstanding team. The entire team is truly remarkable, and I wanted to express how deeply grateful I am for their support. Thank you for providing such essential care and stability over the past several years.

It's particularly notable that the entire team appears to find satisfaction in their roles and couldn't be more approachable.

Phone booking was friendly and welcoming

New to the area, the receptionist on the phone was very nice and helpful. Then my husband and I attended for our check-up yesterday. We felt very welcomed, and the nursing staff member was extremely pleasant and put us at ease. I can honestly say I've never felt so relaxed in a waiting room, and the music was perfect.
