The GP is knowledgeable and takes the time to listen

I have been seeing my GP for several years now and overall, I have had a positive experience. The GP is knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I may have. The staff is friendly and efficient, and I have never had to wait long to see my GP. The surgery is clean and well-equipped, and I feel comfortable and confident in the care I receive. However, there have been a few instances where I felt my GP could have been more thorough in their examination or investigation of my symptoms. Additionally, the appointment availability can sometimes be limited, so I have had to wait a few days for a non-urgent appointment. In conclusion, I would recommend this GP to others, as they provide quality care and attention to their patients. While there may be some room for improvement, overall I am satisfied with my experience and the care I receive.

Excellent Services for patients

I had been with Dr Kalkat's Surgery before it has become Aurora Medcare, meeting with Dr John when I had extreme sleeping disorder I realised how caring he was from the first appointment, he sent me to several tests and tried to find the best solution to prevent ongoing problem affecting my life overall. He made repeated follow-ups on the phone, even at times I was not expecting, perfect GP services and excellent doctors, I can't explain how grateful I am to be a patient at Aurora Medcare. My whole life I moved several times and have been at different GPs and out of all this one was the best I have ever been registered with. I would highly recommend their services.

Amazing experience by the team

I had a pain in my chest for several weeks, I have booked an appointment with the GP by calling at 8 am in the morning and were prescribed esomoprozole, the pain has gone now and also the doctor has referred me for an endoscopy. Thank you again.
