Quick phone referral to hospital arranged

I contacted the practice midweek and was able to secure an appointment the following day. I was informed that a referral would be arranged to a specialist hospital, and I received a call from the hospital within a couple of days with an appointment scheduled shortly after. The speed of response was excellent and the care provided throughout was of a high standard. I am very grateful to the team at the practice for their support.

Well organised vaccination clinic with clear explanations

Attended for a routine vaccination appointment and experienced a brief wait in an organised queue outside, which was entirely manageable. The visit was well-coordinated and created a sense of security throughout. The facility was immaculate and thoroughly sanitised. All procedures were clearly communicated at each stage. Exactly the standard of care you would hope for.

Impossible to book appointments for actual consultations

It is very difficult to obtain an appointment for a consultation. While appointments are available for blood tests, access to appointments for other concerns appears limited. My relative has a serious spinal condition and feels that follow-up care has been inadequate, with medication being the primary intervention offered. The practice appears to function mainly as a prescription service rather than providing comprehensive care. This has been a disappointing experience.
