Multiple allergy medications and four different antibiotic courses have failed to resolve my health issue. The process of reaching the medical office is incredibly time-consuming, and their recent policy changes have been frustrating. Previously, I could schedule a telephone consultation at any time during office hours, but now appointments are restricted to a narrow two-hour window between 8 and 10 AM, and they've insisted on an in-person visit. The staff made me feel embarrassed for being unaware of these sudden changes, and each interaction leaves me feeling belittled and concerned that my medical concerns will be dismissed or minimized. While some reception staff are friendly, their individual kindness cannot compensate for the overall substandard quality of care provided by this medical practice.

When I consulted a physician regarding menopause, I received an informational pamphlet and a subsequent phone consultation. However, at a critical point when one desperately needs guidance and clarity about available choices, I was abruptly informed that my allocated time had expired and the doctor needed to see another patient. Had the physician actually explained my potential options instead of mechanically reciting standard NHS guidance, the 15-minute consultation might have been sufficient. This experience feels like yet another instance of inadequate medical support for women seeking genuine help.

Utterly let down. Throughout my long-standing relationship with this medical practice, I've consistently encountered subpar care, especially regarding mental health. Instead of seeing a qualified physician, I'm always directed to trainees who constantly defer to their supervisors and seem reluctant to provide any meaningful treatment beyond endless referrals. Despite clearly communicating medication side effects and ineffectiveness, I've been dismissively advised to continue treatments that are clearly not helping me. While I'm typically hesitant to post critical feedback, I feel compelled to caution potential patients. Perhaps others might have a different experience, but I've been systematically ignored and offered inappropriate medical management. I'm actively seeking alternative healthcare providers and will be transferring my care at the earliest opportunity.
