The physicians genuinely listen and provide ample time for discussion, never making you feel rushed or insignificant (a stark contrast to our previous medical practice). I consulted with Annabel today, and she was exceptionally compassionate, attentive, and meticulous. I left the appointment feeling completely at ease and confident. We are truly thankful we decided to change healthcare providers.

The front desk staff are absolutely unprofessional, constantly engaging in gossip about patients within earshot. Their behavior is disrespectful and discourteous. They treat patients with contempt, speaking down to them as if they were inferior. When scheduling an appointment, they demand unnecessary personal information, overstepping their role and acting more invasive than medical professionals. I strongly recommend steering clear of this practice entirely.

Telehealth consultations are completely ineffective. You're scheduled with a nursing professional instead of a physician. The nurse attempted to recommend a steroid medication even after I explicitly shared my history of adverse reactions to such treatments. Absolutely deserving of zero compensation or professional advancement.

However, calling outside of peak hours generally resolves this issue. As a case in point, I rang at 3:45 pm today and was connected with Lisa at the front desk after just a brief wait. She was incredibly pleasant and accommodating. Additionally, I have nothing but praise for Dr. Medhurst.
