Worst medical practice ever terrible customer service

Attempted to call the medical practice for three hours straight, and the lines remain constantly engaged 🤬 Four hours later, still no luck getting through. Tried reaching out to the dispensary to check if there was an issue, only to have them abruptly hang up on me. This surgery's communication is absolutely ridiculous.

Complete garbage of a company... they're impossible to reach by phone and couldn't care less about genuine customer issues, instead just droning on about an 8-week waiting period... I'm absolutely ready to jump ship and take my business elsewhere....

Terrible service and heartless staff at clinic

From the moment you attempt to contact this clinic, prepare for a frustrating half-hour wait, only to be met by receptionists who seem devoid of basic human compassion. My wife has been enduring severe pain, and I've been desperately trying to secure her medical attention for months. When I call to provide her details, I'm greeted with a dismissive "that'd be a start", followed by an exasperated sigh and a condescending "what can I help you with THIS time". After weeks of persistent effort, we finally received a referral from this clinic. However, upon investigating the suggested treatment locations, every single link displays 'unavailable'. We feel as though we're being systematically denied treatment by the NHS, with the receptionists showing absolutely no empathy. I can't help but wonder if they would maintain such callousness if their own loved ones were suffering. Should you unfortunately encounter Lucile during your interactions, I strongly recommend requesting to speak with someone more competent and less heartless. I am utterly bewildered by how these staff members are permitted to be so cruel and unprofessional. My unequivocal advice is to register with any other medical practice.

Dismissive doctors fail to listen to my concerns

I sought medical guidance regarding diabetes screening for my family, given my husband's diagnosis and his family's genetic predisposition. Instead of addressing my concerns, the healthcare staff dismissed me, rambling about my husband's lack of apparent symptoms. Their response was completely irrelevant—diabetes isn't a communicable disease that spreads between people! I felt frustrated and unheard during this interaction.
