Excellent medical professionals, though securing an appointment can prove challenging. Unfortunately, obtaining responses when calling has become increasingly difficult, which is quite disappointing.

They demonstrate genuine effort in providing compassionate care and make good use of the resources at their disposal. The interactions between the practice and myself have always been prompt and well-organised, and they have provided excellent support with my complex medication concerns. The practice follows the standard appointment system used by most surgeries, offering same-day slots that become available from 08:10. These can be reserved via telephone or through the online application, and when these are fully booked, the team will attempt to arrange an appointment at the next available time or direct you to alternative services that may better suit your needs. This is undoubtedly the finest practice in the locality!

I found the experience disappointing and felt disrespected by the team. I felt they lacked organisational efficiency and struggled with fundamental professional standards. The interaction with one particular staff member was frustrating and felt unprofessional. I would recommend seeking care elsewhere if you value competence and professionalism, as I did not feel these qualities were demonstrated. The overall conduct fell short of what I would expect, and I felt there were issues with honesty and attitude throughout my visit.

Reception staff ignored us while gossiping

Not my usual practice, but I attended for a maternity appointment as my regular healthcare provider didn't have availability. I found the experience quite uncomfortable. Upon arrival, I noticed that other patients in the waiting area seemed unwelcoming, though I cannot be certain of the reasons. The reception staff were engaged in personal conversation for a considerable amount of time before attending to me and my companion, and when they eventually did acknowledge us, the greeting lacked warmth. I was simply directed to take a seat without further pleasantries. Several chairs displayed out-of-order notices, and I sensed that nearby patients appeared uneasy with our presence. The maternity appointment itself proceeded without significant delay, which I appreciated. For future appointments, I intend to wait for an available slot at my regular health centre rather than attending elsewhere.
