Her demeanor was extremely discourteous and entirely inappropriate, and she abruptly terminated the call before I could even request her identification. I'm perplexed about how someone with such poor communication skills could be employed in a front-line customer service role. I can only imagine the treatment patients might receive if this is how she communicates with healthcare professionals.
