Most of the employees are excellent and supportive. However, the young-sounding receptionist should be reassigned from phone duties. Her demeanor is unnecessarily abrasive and curt.

Terrible customer service from rude medical receptionist

As a healthcare worker who interacts with general practice offices regularly, I recently had a conversation with a receptionist at this particular practice. Her demeanor was extremely discourteous and entirely inappropriate, and she abruptly terminated the call before I could even request her identification. I'm perplexed about how someone with such poor communication skills could be employed in a front-line customer service role. I can only imagine the treatment patients might receive if this is how she communicates with healthcare professionals.

Occasionally, the staff might provide some assistance, but typically, the receptionists appear completely lost, and most of the doctors seem equally incompetent. They technically fulfill basic medical functions, yet I've never encountered a less effective healthcare facility in my experience.

Frustrating experience with terrible medical office service

Terrible experience from start to finish. The service was sluggish, and the staff seemed completely incompetent - they couldn't even manage to complete a simple new patient registration form on their computer system, forcing me to do all the work myself. As a result, I've decided to switch healthcare providers.
