Terrible doctors ruining patient care and experience

Unprofessional and dismissive general practitioners with an appalling bedside manner. While the nursing staff are compassionate and kind, the doctors are shockingly disrespectful. They will invasively lift your clothing without consent, treat patients with contempt as if they're intellectually inferior, and mock patients' concerns during phone consultations. These physicians even leave derogatory remarks in medical records and employ manipulative tactics like blocking patient phone numbers, forcing individuals to use hidden caller ID just to communicate. They completely disregard abnormal test results, demonstrating a profound lack of medical responsibility. It's incomprehensible that such healthcare professionals are permitted to practice medicine. Their complete absence of empathy and sympathy suggests they are fundamentally unsuited to medical practice. These doctors have egregiously violated the Hippocratic oath, causing more psychological harm and distress than healing. Their behavior is not just unprofessional but potentially dangerous. I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this medical practice, as patients risk being left traumatized and suffering. Unprofessional doctor dismisses patient without proper care

I'd rate this physician zero out of five stars. Dr. Palmer demonstrated complete indifference the moment my wife entered the consultation room, dismissively stating, 'I've reviewed your medical records, just purchase cream from the pharmacy.' When my wife inquired why no physical examination was conducted, the doctor curtly responded, 'Go home and perform the swab test yourself; I never instructed you to schedule this appointment!' My wife was utterly distressed by the physician's callous and unprofessional attitude. STEER CLEAR of Dr. Palmer!!!!

The absolute most terrible medical practice and front desk staff. I phoned two days prior to request my recurring prescription, which shouldn't even require such effort, and the receptionist assured me she would have the prescription signed and sent to the pharmacy. Predictably, she failed to follow through, claiming she simply forgot. With no pharmacies open, I was left without my critical medication at the exact time I needed it. As an epileptic, these repeated errors consistently put me at serious risk of experiencing seizures. My advice to anyone experiencing similar negligence: first report the issue to manager Mark, and then pursue legal action for medical malpractice. It's that straightforward. After reviewing other patient feedback, it's clear this is a persistent problem. Unsurprisingly, this practice is severely damaging Hallgreen's reputation.

Horrible medical care from unprofessional dr palmer

The service provided by Dr Palmer at this medical practice is absolutely appalling. I was forced to file an official complaint after she rudely hung up on me mid-conversation. She has repeatedly obstructed my access to necessary care and medication, even following a problematic surgery. Her condescending attitude made me feel like a small child being scolded. After submitting my complaint, I was left waiting an entire week for critical post-surgical medications that I urgently needed to prevent my condition from deteriorating. I am thoroughly disheartened by this medical practice's conduct. It's unfortunate because the reception staff are genuinely pleasant. I would be embarrassed to be associated with doctors who treat patients with such disrespect and unprofessionalism. Dr Palmer's narcissistic behavior has completely eroded my trust in their medical expertise and services. I cannot in good conscience recommend this practice to anyone. Moreover, when I spoke with the office manager, instead of acknowledging my distressing experience and offering an apology, he was solely focused on defending the doctor's unacceptable behavior. This response was neither professional nor compassionate in the slightest.

I wouldn't wish my experience on anyone. For an extended period, I was misdiagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome, which was ultimately revealed to be ovarian cancer. During an examination with Dr. Gabriel and a student present, it was the student who first detected the concerning mass. Consequently, I underwent a grueling 6-hour surgical procedure, followed by 6 months of chemotherapy. I cannot emphasize enough how much I want to prevent others from enduring the physical and emotional challenges I've faced and continue to confront. Additionally, on a less critical note, I find it utterly inappropriate that he told my then 22-year-old daughter that her menstrual issues would resolve after childbirth.

Terrible doctor with dangerous medical negligence

I underwent an implant removal procedure with Dr. Gabriel, and the experience was deeply troubling. During the removal, he made such a large, deep incision that I was left with a massive, permanent scar - quite different from my previous two implant removals that had minimal scarring. His surgical skills seem questionable, and I'm devastated that I'll have to live with this disfiguring mark. Additionally, when I consulted him about a cyst, he dismissed my concerns, declaring it "normal" without conducting any diagnostic tests or referring me to the hospital for further investigation. A neighbor recently shared a heartbreaking story that further undermines my confidence in this doctor. He told me about his wife who repeatedly visited the clinic complaining of stomach pains. Dr. Gabriel has repeatedly demonstrated a complete absence of competence and compassion since our registration at this medical practice. When I brought my son in, I suspected a chest infection. Dr. Gabriel conducted a cursory examination lasting barely a minute and declared it a viral infection, recommending we return home without further intervention. Just 22 hours later, we found ourselves at the children's hospital, where my son's temperature exceeded 40 degrees due to a confirmed chest infection. The hospital prescribed antibiotics, which successfully treated the condition. Several weeks subsequently, we returned with similar symptoms. Without conducting a thorough examination, Dr. Gabriel again diagnosed a viral infection. When I questioned how such a determination could be made without proper investigation, he performed another perfunctory check, reaffirming his initial viral infection diagnosis. My partner, also registered at the surgery, received a smear test result indicating highly abnormal cells, which Dr. Gabriel marked as "no further action required". Currently, my partner is experiencing severe bleeding, high temperature, and uncontrollable shaking a week following her abnormal cell removal procedure. When she contacted the doctor, she was dismissively told she merely had the flu. (Update: she is now hospitalized and has been diagnosed with a severe infection and an arterial bleed - THE FLU YOU CLAIMED, "DOCTOR" GABRIEL.) I will be filing a formal complaint with the surgery and the regional NHS board, and strongly cautioning everyone to avoid this practice while Dr. Gabriel remains employed there.
