Chaotic clinic with rare helpful doctors

The front desk staff seem to be in constant disagreement about their responsibilities, and the medical facility appears critically short-handed. Finding a doctor here and at the other location is like searching for a rare treasure.

This medical practice is absolutely fantastic. The front desk team is incredibly welcoming and supportive. Dr. Parker and Dr. Patel are both warm and approachable, but the nursing staff truly stands out. In particular, nurse Kris is exceptional - she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure patients fully comprehend their care. Her compassionate approach and ability to explain medical information clearly make her an outstanding healthcare professional. Her kindness and dedication are remarkable. We are deeply grateful to everyone at the Orchards surgery for their outstanding care and support.
