I've been a patient at this medical practice since childhood, and the caliber of both administrative staff and doctors has noticeably deteriorated. They appear completely incompetent and create unnecessary obstacles for patients seeking any form of assistance. I'm currently attempting to obtain an assessment, and the way Mishantony (if I've spelled the name correctly) and the GP have managed my case has been utterly unacceptable. There's been zero meaningful support, and they're demanding information that I simply cannot obtain. I'm thoroughly frustrated and sincerely hope a comprehensive investigation is launched into this surgery, as their standard of patient care has fallen to an absolutely unacceptable level!

This situation is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, Dr. Hussain displayed shocking unprofessionalism during our consultation. He demonstrated zero compassion, failed to genuinely hear my concerns, and addressed me with clear condescension as a worried parent. Medical professionals should fundamentally understand how to communicate with patients and their families — this becomes even more critical when a vulnerable child is involved. Such behavior is not just inappropriate, but deeply problematic. This practice urgently requires substantial systemic changes and a complete reassessment of their patient care approach.

Getting an appointment has been a nightmare for the past three weeks. Every time I call, the receptionist asks whether it's a routine or emergency visit. When I mention it's an emergency, she coldly responds that they've reached maximum capacity and suggests I call 111. It's incredibly frustrating to consistently receive this dismissive treatment. I underwent a blood test, and the results appeared on the NHS app on 22nd April, with lab notes hinting at potential kidney disease. On the 24th, I received a text suggesting I lower my cholesterol, with no GP consultation. By the 28th, another text informed me a prescription was sent to the pharmacy, despite me having no prior knowledge or understanding of why. I've repeatedly attempted to schedule an appointment to discuss my blood test results. An initial booking for 7th May was cancelled without notification, then rescheduled for 30th April as a phone consultation. However, the GP never called. Upon contacting the surgery, I discovered the appointment was again cancelled, with instructions to wait until 7th May. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was promised a GP would call at midday on 1st May. No call came, and when I followed up, staff claimed no such arrangement existed. When I requested the manager review the call recording, she flatly refused. The manager, Naz, seemed oddly pleased about discussing "one blood result" with a GP - as if that was some remarkable achievement. How impressive. Fundamentally, the staff consistently fabricate stories, and management categorically refuses to investigate clear evidence. The situation speaks volumes. Consequently, I remain completely uninformed about the meaning of my blood test results.

Six years ago, I presented with a health concern, underwent tests that returned negative, and was dismissively told I might have pulled a muscle. Being young, I accepted this explanation, but the underlying issue has continued. Two months back, I returned for further investigation and was referred for additional tests. The doctor neglected to inform me about fasting requirements for my blood test, resulting in a wasted trip. I had to request another form, arrange time off work, and repeat the entire process. Despite negative test results, my symptoms persisted. When attempting to schedule a follow-up, I encountered more obstacles. Working early mornings prevented me from completing online forms, and receptionists insisted on digital submission despite my previous ability to book via phone. I eventually secured an appointment and received referrals for two more tests. However, the doctor failed to provide one test form. Upon calling to obtain it, a receptionist merely promised to contact me the following Monday, extending my waiting period unnecessarily. Each interaction with this practice involves navigating multiple complications. I'm constantly required to compensate for their administrative shortcomings, feeling like I'm performing their responsibilities. My sole desire is to address my medical issue, but the process feels like an exhausting series of bureaucratic hurdles.
