Phone staff were dismissive and unhelpful about my situation

I have been a patient at this practice for many years since childhood, and I am now 19 years old. Although I relocated seven years ago, I was told by a staff member that I would need to change practices. This same individual refused to process my ongoing medication and was dismissive and forceful during phone conversations, pressuring me to switch surgeries. Other staff members at the practice have not raised similar concerns, and my parents, who are also registered there, have not experienced comparable issues. I found this treatment upsetting and feel I was singled out in a way that negatively affected my wellbeing. There was no formal documentation regarding any requirement to change practices. Due to what I perceived as unprofessional conduct and an unhelpful attitude, I have since registered with a different practice.

We recently relocated to the area and registered our family of four at this surgery. As each of us attended appointments, we found the overall experience to be unsatisfactory. There were issues with medication delivery and quantities, and we felt the clinical staff appeared disengaged and showed limited concern for our concerns. On one occasion, I experienced a significant delay before being seen for my scheduled appointment, with no acknowledgement of the wait. Following this experience, we decided to seek care elsewhere and transferred our family to a different practice.
