I visited this surgery after the NHS website listed it as one of the three nearest to my home. The receptionist was incredibly unwelcoming and dismissive, seemingly judging me superficially without any real basis. She abruptly declared I was outside their catchment area without even bothering to verify my postcode or location. When I asked for clarification, she couldn't provide any visual representation or details about their actual service boundaries. The lack of information on their website only compounded my frustration. I was left feeling deeply anxious and disheartened by the entire experience. It would be immensely helpful if they could add a clear map showing their attachment area to provide transparency and avoid such distressing interactions.
