Incredible surgeon made my cyst removal painless

I underwent a cyst removal procedure on my head, with Dr. Siddique performing the surgery. I must emphasize how incredible he was, consistently providing reassurance throughout the process. He made the entire experience virtually painless. This surgical procedure absolutely deserves a 5-star rating. The entire staff, from nurses to reception personnel, were top-notch. While scheduling appointments can be challenging, their online booking system is efficient, and I received a prompt callback and treatment within the same week.

This medical practice is absolutely top-tier and the best I've encountered. Strategically positioned near a pharmacy and local amenities with ample parking in Whitehorse vale, Bramingham. My interactions with their physicians and support team have been consistently positive - they're genuinely compassionate and committed to providing comprehensive care. The front desk staff are exceptionally welcoming, and prescription processing has always been accurate and efficient. There's a dedicated disabled parking spot right outside, plus an automated entrance for those with mobility challenges. The interior design is stunning, almost reminiscent of the House of Lords with its elegant red vinyl and wooden seating, creating a wonderfully serene and nostalgic atmosphere. By authorizing access through reception, the AIRMID app enables patients to effortlessly view personal medical documents, records, and place prescription orders. Additionally, they maintain a comprehensive website as an alternative access point for those unable to use the mobile application.

I visited my local doctor's office at Barton Hills Medical Group today, 13/09/2024, to have blood drawn. The phlebotomist, Sangeeta, was exceptionally courteous and welcoming. Her demeanor was friendly, with a warm smile, and she maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the interaction. Moreover, Sangeeta was punctual to the minute, calling me in precisely at my scheduled time of 11:05, which meant I experienced no unnecessary waiting or delays before seeing the nurse.

Amazing service miles better than my old gp

I recently registered with this medical practice, and the contrast with my previous general practitioner is absolutely striking! The front desk personnel are welcoming and supportive - actively helping to resolve any issues that arise. Case in point: I needed a repeat prescription but wasn't set up on the system or linked to my new GP through the NHS app - they immediately guided me to the correct request forms, and my medication was ready by the next business day! Truly exceptional. My family and I have experienced superior care in just 4 months compared to our entire 7-year stint at our former clinic (steer clear of Woodland Ave!!!). Had I solely relied on Google review ratings, I would have undoubtedly done a great disservice to myself and my family. Sometimes you require a point of comparison to truly appreciate the difference between subpar and excellent service. I was even offered multiple date options when booking a routine cervical screening! I had almost forgotten what it felt like to have some control over when I could be seen.

I attempted to contact the office at 8am, but encountered constant busy signals. Despite making over 80 calls across 20 minutes, I eventually connected, only to learn I was 17th in the queue. Following an additional 30-minute wait, I finally reached reception, who informed me they were overwhelmed and suggested I call 111 instead. The entire situation is completely ridiculous - these doctors are earning massive salaries of £90,000 annually yet seem incapable of managing basic communication and patient access.
