Worst medical practice ever terrible service

If I could award zero stars, I absolutely would. Multiple times, I've been left hanging on the phone for half an hour, only to have the call abruptly disconnected. Prescriptions consistently go astray or arrive incorrect and incomplete. We've been forced to climb the stairs and personally hand prescriptions to reception after two separate instances of documents seemingly disappearing when left in the downstairs box. Reception adamantly refuses to accept prescriptions unless they're deposited in said box. After yet another prescription vanished despite following their protocol, they promised to expedite it, yet two days later the pharmacy still hasn't received anything, and I'm unable to reach the doctors by phone to follow up. Honestly, if you're selecting a medical practice, look elsewhere. I've experienced nothing but continuous problems, and their administrative staff desperately need improvement. I anticipate the standard corporate response expressing regret and requesting detailed feedback, but when phone lines are perpetually unavailable and reception staff are as helpful as a concrete wall, what options remain? I'm advocating for a relative, not myself, and I struggle to see how this practice could possibly survive given the monumentally poor service they provide.

Terrible service from unprofessional and disrespectful staff

The staff's phone and communication etiquette is completely unacceptable. They consistently ignore calls and electronic consultation requests, and their in-person interactions are shockingly disrespectful. It's astonishing that these employees continue to be employed despite their unprofessional conduct. The practice desperately needs comprehensive customer service training and a more inclusive workforce to potentially develop some basic human compassion for patients.

Terrible healthcare service that fails patients completely

Terrible 'customer support' after submitting an online health consultation for myself and my kid. They send a message telling me to call them. I've spent two days attempting to connect, but the line is perpetually engaged! Why can't they reach out to me instead? Effectively blocking our healthcare access by refusing to initiate contact and keeping their phone line unavailable! Previously, when I completed an online form for medication, they texted saying they'd reduce my prescription because I need a health assessment. If that's the case, why don't they contact me to schedule an appointment? I'd love to file a formal complaint, but I can't even get through to do so!

Disappointing healthcare service since covid pandemic

Since COVID-19 began, the medical care has been abysmal. Online consultations are useless, and callbacks are nonexistent. When staff actually do contact you, the medical advice is subpar. I've been a patient here for over four decades, and I'm eagerly looking forward to switching to a different healthcare provider.

Terrible service from unprofessional and uncaring gp staff

This general practitioner is an absolute disaster, if you're hoping for courteous and competent patient care, you'll be sorely disappointed. I'm baffled by the quality of their interns and believe they desperately need more training. They demonstrate zero empathy towards patients and interact with the clinical detachment of a mortuary attendant. I strongly advise avoiding this practice entirely.

Terrible service and impossible to see a doctor

This medical facility falls far short of expectations. Their phone lines are perpetually unresponsive, and the chances of actually consulting a qualified doctor are slim to none. If you persist, you might only manage to connect with an inexperienced trainee. The quality of care here is shockingly substandard. I strongly advise avoiding this practice altogether.

Terrible service and unprofessional medical practice

This medical practice completely disregards patient care. Every time I or someone else attempts to contact them, the phone lines are perpetually engaged. My doctor claimed my prescription would be ready at the pharmacy yesterday, but upon arrival, they had zero record of my details. When I informed the GP service staff, they instructed me to wait until 6:30 yesterday. I called the pharmacy today to inquire about my prescription, yet they still claim no knowledge of it. They behave as if they're running a massive hospital, ironically with worse service than an actual hospital. They consistently claim to be busy, but whenever I'm in the waiting room, their staff are leisurely chatting on phones, lounging in chairs, and treating patients with complete disrespect. Their incompetence is truly infuriating.
