Excellent foot care service. The appointment scheduling system works well and telephone reminders are helpful. Car parking can be limited at times, though there is an alternative supermarket nearby if needed.

Total lack of care

We've been given misinformation and lied to. The practice has failed to show any interest in the on-going care of my elderly mother. We've had to chase them and remind them to deliver services that they've promised to provide and feel that we are being constantly "fobbed off" with poor excuses and, sometimes, absolute indifference. They are appalling!

Early appointments running consistently late

It would be appreciated if patients who have scheduled early morning appointments, particularly those who book these slots due to time constraints, could be seen at their scheduled time. I have attended multiple early morning appointments and have consistently experienced delays in being called in at the appointed hour.

Getting through the morning phone queue takes persistence

The clinical team consistently delivers high-quality care, provided you can manage the challenging early morning telephone booking system. Should you be fortunate enough to interact with the receptionist on duty, you may find them to be welcoming, approachable and supportive. It would be beneficial if all reception staff maintained this same standard of service.

Felt genuinely listened to and understood

The healthcare professional I saw was exceptional and went the extra mile to provide outstanding care. This experience was consistent with the high standard of service I've encountered from other members of the team at this practice. I would certainly recommend this practice to others.

The dermatology clinic had a strong smoke odour throughout. The clinical staff member's manner came across as dismissive and unhelpful. The appointment felt unproductive, with minimal intervention offered. This experience raised concerns about the effective use of NHS resources.

Moved to the area a couple of months ago. Had a telephone consultation and attended an appointment at the medical centre. Both clinicians were very kind and helpful. One of the clinicians provided particularly excellent care and was among the best I've experienced. The centre was very clean and modern. The reception staff were also very kind and helpful. There was plenty of information displayed in the waiting room. I'm very pleased to be registered at this practice.
