Fantastic medical care for decades and counting

I've been a patient at this medical practice since 1984 and have consistently been thoroughly satisfied with the care provided. The entire team demonstrates exceptional friendliness and support, while the physicians are both highly skilled and compassionate. Like many medical offices, they experience high patient volume, which can make scheduling appointments challenging, but they are always responsive during urgent situations and make every effort to accommodate patients with an available doctor. I am completely committed to remaining with this practice and have no intention of seeking care elsewhere!

Frustrating service with unhelpful and rude receptionists

The majority of the reception staff are discourteous, particularly the one working today (Thursday), with only a rare few displaying any politeness. Scheduling an appointment is extremely challenging. It's inappropriate when receptionists question whether you need an appointment - obviously, I wouldn't be calling if I didn't require one. Moreover, they shouldn't probe into patients' medical issues, as they aren't medical professionals. When calling at 8am, you're often told no appointments are available, which I find completely unacceptable. I'm seriously considering finding a different medical practice.

Terrible service for busy london professionals

Absolutely useless for London professionals, entirely incapable of providing any assistance during evening hours and simply stating that 'no solutions were possible'. Totally unacceptable for hardworking individuals who require medical care beyond standard business times.

Frustrating healthcare experience with impossible access

Securing an appointment with a familiar general practitioner within a 1-2 week window has become incredibly challenging. The clinic's booking system limits scheduling beyond a 4-week horizon, and their online prescription platform is frustratingly complex, with an overly convoluted password mechanism that creates significant barriers, especially for individuals with disabilities who struggle with mobility. I'm on the verge of abandoning hope for obtaining the medical treatment and medications I desperately require.
