The level of attention, responsiveness, compassion, and commitment demonstrated towards patients is outstanding. I would not consider changing to another practice.

The reception team have been unhelpful, with promises of callbacks that do not materialise and calls that are disconnected almost immediately. There have been communication issues with administrative staff, who appeared unaware of a referral despite another team member indicating they had known about it for some time. The clinical staff have seemed reluctant to engage thoroughly, often providing brief consultations without addressing concerns unless patients return multiple times. I experienced a prolonged period of illness that required several visits before receiving what felt like adequate attention. This has since led to private healthcare and further investigations being arranged, which suggests a more serious underlying issue. I would not feel confident recommending this practice, as I believe patients may struggle to receive timely appointments or have their concerns properly addressed.

The overall administrative experience fell well short of expectations. However, the clinical staff members themselves have been competent and supportive when appointments have been secured.
