Their professionalism and warmth were truly remarkable, and they helped me with everything I needed. I want to extend my heartfelt praise to these incredible individuals. When someone is unwell, a kind word can make all the difference, and these staff members embody that compassionate spirit. Dr. Nathan also deserves recognition. The rest of the staff should take inspiration from Miss Jona and Mr. Marius, who consistently go above and beyond. Management would do well to acknowledge and reward their dedication and exceptional service. I was so impressed that I decided to replace my previous negative review with this positive one. Terrible healthcare service that endangers children's health

Completely unacceptable medical care for my child's health issue. When I initially contacted the office on Friday, they refused to schedule an appointment and instructed me to call back Monday morning. Upon calling Monday, I was informed that no appointments were available, the doctor's call list was full, and I should attempt scheduling again the next day. This is an utterly inadequate response to what could potentially be a serious medical concern for my child!

Terrible healthcare experience with unhelpful doctor

I despise visiting my general practitioner or hospital, and whenever I genuinely require medical attention, I'm consistently denied proper treatment. The doctor is perpetually distracted by his radio. When attempting to schedule an appointment, they claim the doctor will contact you, but when he does call, he seems completely disconnected from understanding my condition. He arbitrarily prescribes medications that ultimately worsen my health, forcing me to seek emergency care. This has occurred to me twice now - once with an abscess, and currently I'm suffering from a widespread body rash. No prescribed medication has provided relief, and he hasn't even bothered to examine me or understand my underlying issue. Such incompetence is unacceptable, and he absolutely should not be practicing medicine.

Disappointing decline in medical centre's patient care

I've been visiting this medical centre for years, and I must say the quality has significantly deteriorated recently. The staff consistently displays an attitude of indifference and rudeness towards patients, which has become even more pronounced during the pandemic. They seem to go out of their way to avoid providing proper care or attention to anyone who contacts or visits the facility. Multiple times, I've had to persistently make phone calls just to obtain basic health information, and each interaction has been met with quick dismissals and incomplete answers unless I explicitly press for specific details. Their current standard of service is a far cry from the excellent care they once provided, and I sincerely hope they can return to their previous level of professionalism and patient-focused approach.

Worst medical center ever avoid at all costs

Beechwood Medical Center is an absolutely dreadful general practice. The entire staff, from reception to the doctor, are unprofessional, cold, disrespectful, and chaotic. With only one full-time physician who appears completely incompetent, patients are better off managing their own health. The doctor seems more interested in listening to the radio during consultations than providing meaningful medical care. They consistently dismiss patients' concerns, belittling their illnesses and disabilities, which I can attest to from 18 years of personal experience. The doctor is notoriously unhelpful, refusing to write necessary letters and demonstrating a total lack of interest in patients' health problems. The fact that the doctor and nurse are a married couple seems to contribute to an insular and unwelcoming environment. Reception staff are equally difficult, showing no compassion or professionalism towards those seeking medical assistance. My advice is simple: avoid this practice at all costs. Our family finally left after 18 years, and our new GP surgery is dramatically better - a complete relief compared to Beechwood. The previous practice's inefficiency is stunning; they took weeks to transfer medical records when it should only take days. The medical neglect is shocking. I've had to undergo two appeals due to the doctor's apparent discrimination and disinterest. In one alarming instance, abnormal blood test results were ignored, leading to a serious health incident where I fainted before receiving any attention. The doctor's delay could have had serious consequences. Even more disturbing, the doctor has been accused of emotional and verbal abuse, and is currently facing medical neglect and civil rights litigation. The practice has never referred patients to support organizations like NIA for abuse survivors. My recommendation is clear: the NHS must investigate and potentially close Beechwood Medical Centre. Save yourself the stress and find a genuinely caring medical practice.
