Prescription problems plague patient's medical experience

To begin with, I want to acknowledge that the employees demonstrate dedication, and the overall service quality is commendable. They consistently appear attentive to patient concerns. Nevertheless, there's a persistent problem with verifying critical documentation. Pharmacists are unable to dispense medication without a physician's signature! The necessity of returning to the medical practice to obtain a doctor's signature on a prescription that should have been properly completed beforehand is incredibly frustrating. A single occurrence might be forgivable and easily overlooked. However, when this error repeats within the same month, it becomes essential to highlight such carelessness so that appropriate corrective measures can be implemented...

Frustrating clinic with hit or miss doctor care

Scheduling a consultation here is incredibly frustrating! The physician quality varies dramatically - Dr Lawson is wonderfully thorough and, well, quite attractive (not that it matters, but true). Steer clear of Dr Abraham, who seems completely disconnected from patient symptoms. During my visit, he repeatedly asked me the same questions, demonstrating zero attentiveness. I'm convinced you could walk in with a serious orthopedic injury and somehow end up with an unrelated prescription for urinary tract medication.

Been trying to call since early morning, and it's now midday with the line perpetually busy. How are patients supposed to reschedule appointments if the staff won't pick up? What if someone urgently needs medical consultation?
