Poor!
Blood tests remain excellent but recent consultations disappointing
This practice was previously excellent and continues to have an outstanding phlebotomy team. However, the experience has deteriorated recently. Some clinical staff members have demonstrated behaviour that felt dismissive and unsupportive of individual needs, appeared to apply personal assumptions to consultations, did not explore alternative explanations when requested, and seemed to deviate from established procedures in certain areas. It is disappointing that patients encounter these issues, as it prevents them from receiving the standard of care the practice is capable of providing. The phlebotomy team remains exceptional.

I had the opportunity to meet a member of the management team, who responded quickly to an urgent situation that arose at the surgery. Clean surgery with helpful reception staff
The medical team here are welcoming and approachable. The clinic itself is well-maintained and creates a comfortable atmosphere where I feel at ease.
