Worst doctor ever careless and dismissive treatment
Doctors pledge to help patients, but some fail miserably in practice. Dr. Shahid Ruba demonstrates extreme neglect and disinterest in patient care. She prescribed incorrect medication that severely impacted my health. Her primary goal seems to be rushing patients through consultations without genuine concern for their medical issues. The moment I enter her clinic, she appears solely focused on completing the consultation as quickly as possible, completely disregarding my health concerns. She barely listens and seems more interested in expediting patient interactions than providing proper medical attention. Such healthcare professionals should either undergo intensive retraining or consider leaving the medical profession entirely. Doctors are meant to support and care for patients, not treat them as inconveniences. This is their professional responsibility and means of livelihood - they should approach it with respect and dedication. I sincerely hope technological advancements like AI doctors will soon replace healthcare professionals who demonstrate such callous attitudes. Perhaps only when they face potential job loss will they truly understand the value of human lives.

Terrible healthcare experience. Dr. Crippen and associates demonstrate a complete lack of professional competence and patient care. Their office management is disorganized, and the staff seems indifferent to patient needs. I attempted to contact their office multiple times, and each call resulted in an immediate hang-up, which is incredibly unprofessional and discourteous. I'm absolutely frustrated with this unacceptable treatment and cannot possibly suggest anyone use Bell House. I scheduled a telehealth consultation with the doctor, and they completely failed to follow through with the appointment. Additionally, echoing previous feedback, patients should steer clear of Dr. Duffy. Her approach involves disregarding patients' legitimate health concerns.

The front desk personnel desperately need a crash course in customer service etiquette. It's astounding how nearly all of them come across as discourteous and perpetually unhappy. Someone needs to help them lighten up and improve their attitude. The medical staff isn't much better - the physicians seem aloof and disengaged. I was particularly shocked when a junior doctor prescribed medication and then called me hours later, warning me not to take the prescription if I hadn't already, because it could potentially cause a miscarriage. The incompetence is mind-blowing!!!! Fortunately, I had not yet collected the medication from the pharmacy.

Dr. Vinod Varghese's professionalism and bedside manner are deeply concerning. His harsh tone and dismissive attitude are appalling. Over the past two years, my family has had 11 encounters with him, and today's appointment at Bell House was particularly frustrating. When I tried to explain my medical issue, he rudely claimed it was a waste of his time, offering no assistance whatsoever. During a previous appointment two weeks ago at Bell House, the staff at Gardenia Avenue were completely different - they listened attentively, thoroughly examined me, and conducted comprehensive tests with genuine care. After receiving my test results, they promptly contacted me to schedule a follow-up consultation. However, today's interaction with Dr. Vinod Varghese was shocking and unprofessional, leaving me deeply disappointed and concerned about the quality of medical care.

Worst doctor ever terrible bedside manner
Steer clear of Dr. Duffy without hesitation. She utterly disregarded and minimized my medical concerns. Her callous attitude extends to my relative, whom she coldly reassured with the dismissive comment "at least you're not going to die". I strongly advise against scheduling any appointment with this physician. If she were the sole medical professional available, I would still refuse to seek treatment from her.

The reception staff member was completely unprofessional today. I phoned this morning and scheduled a 10:10 appointment, then arrived punctually with my mother, only to be told no appointment was recorded and the staff member claimed she hadn't booked it correctly. Although she apologized, her actions were totally unacceptable. She couldn't even arrange an alternative slot and suggested I travel to marsh farm instead - why would I go there when I specifically booked at bell house?!?! Your staff desperately need proper training!!!!!! I wasted money on a taxi just to discover the receptionist's incompetence!!?????? This situation needs immediate resolution!

Heartless healthcare fails dying patient with neglect
STAY AWAY!!!! These staff show zero compassion during end-of-life situations! They're completely incompetent at their basic responsibilities.... Deliberately withheld morphine from a terminally ill cancer patient (my father) despite having the ability to administer it. They're directly responsible for his late-stage cancer diagnosis. If you have absolutely no concern for medical care, then this might be the place for you!
