Terrible service and dismissive doctors at practice

I have a negative experience with Dr. Sule, and I'm unsure if she's still practicing. During an urgent visit for severe ear pain, she was extremely dismissive and aggressive, claiming my situation wasn't an emergency and insisting nothing was wrong. Later that same evening, the pain intensified, prompting me to visit the NHS walk-in center, where the nurse diagnosed me with a serious ear infection and a lump, immediately prescribing antibiotics that helped my recovery. The nurse confirmed my initial concerns were valid, given the prolonged and intense pain. The practice seemed unhelpful in scheduling regular appointments, and Dr. Duffy also appeared temperamental and unwelcoming. Interestingly, the junior doctors were significantly more compassionate and patient-oriented compared to the senior physicians at this medical practice.

The front desk staff lack basic courtesy and professionalism. In contrast, Dr. Abubakar's team is extremely understanding and apologetic. The medical center should address the reception's conduct. Invariably, two women at the reception can be observed engrossed in conversation, seemingly disinterested in their duties.

Unprofessional and disrespectful medical scheduling nightmare

I scheduled a telephone consultation at 3:10pm during a workday. Unexpectedly, the physician rang me 20 minutes early and then failed to connect at our agreed time. When I inquired with the office staff, they candidly admitted they cannot promise a reliable callback window. The unprofessional handling is absolutely astounding, and the entire experience feels like a complete mockery of patient care.

Terrible doctor fails to diagnose infant's serious condition

I absolutely will not recommend Dr. Shah to anyone! Who uses an oximeter on an infant of just six months? And he had the audacity to ask us what medical tests should be performed? We departed his office without any definitive diagnosis, which forced us to rush immediately to the emergency department for a comprehensive examination, where they promptly prescribed antibiotics for my child's chest infection. Dr. Shah needs to seriously reconsider his medical training and develop better clinical skills! Completely unsatisfactory medical care!

Terrible service and unprofessional medical staff

I've been a patient at this surgery since 2014, and I've never been treated so poorly. After fracturing my neck in July 2021, I've only seen the doctor once, and as of August 16th, 2021, I still have no appointment. Every time I call, I'm met with endless excuses about doctor availability or consultation options. The reception staff are incredibly unprofessional - if they dislike what you say, they simply hang up or respond with complete disrespect. One of the most frustrating aspects is their constant false promises about medication availability at the pharmacy. I've arranged lifts with family and friends multiple times, only to discover they've sent nothing over. The staff are absolutely useless, and I'm shocked the medical board hasn't investigated this surgery for such poor practice. I'm hoping this review prompts some action, and I'm now taking the advice of a solicitor by recording all conversations to document their incompetence.

Dangerous doctor destroys hopes and patient trust

The most abysmal service I've ever experienced. Dr. Sule could potentially harm you while maintaining a cheerful demeanor. For two years, she's been telling my mother she was scheduled for leg surgery while my mom suffers unbearable pain, and ultimately I discovered she was never even recommended for the procedure. The staff and medical professionals are incredibly incompetent. ZERO STARS, ABSOLUTE DISGRACE TO THE ENTIRE ORGANIZATION

Worst customer service ever absolute nightmare

I called their office at 8:20 AM and have been stuck waiting on hold for more than an hour and ten minutes without ever reaching a single representative, and I'm still waiting right now. What kind of ridiculous operation is this, leaving customers hanging for over an hour with absolutely no intention of answering? I desperately need to schedule an appointment. Now it's been an hour and a half, and still no response. Is there anyone actually employed at this place?

Horrific medical care endangers vulnerable patients lives

If I could give a rating lower than zero, I absolutely would. This surgical experience was a complete disaster, particularly due to the staff's unprofessional conduct. They were discourteous, brusque, invasive, and displayed zero tolerance during phone interactions. The personnel seemed remarkably inexperienced. Their two competent employees, B. and V., were unfortunately terminated. The department head should be thoroughly embarrassed by the entire operation. My daughter sought medical assistance after a suicide attempt, and was callously informed by a physician that "It wasn't an Emergency" - a statement that is both heartless and potentially dangerous.

Caring doctors, frustrating front desk staff nightmare

The medical professionals at this clinic are exceptional, but the front desk staff are incredibly frustrating! Their communication and organizational abilities are completely nonexistent. They appear indifferent and unwilling to take any accountability, causing constant delays. I've been waiting an entire month for a simple form to be completed, and their inefficiency is now directly impacting my potential medical treatment! Their standard response is to leave a voicemail asking you to call back, and when you do, you're endlessly transferred between staff members without resolution. They deliberately avoid providing their names when you interact with them, and it's clear from other patients' experiences that this level of incompetence is widespread.
