Scheduling here is a complete nightmare. You'll wait 15 to 20 days for an appointment. The front desk staff are frequently discourteous. The physicians seem clueless, appearing to rely on internet searches to diagnose issues 🙄👀. It's absolutely ridiculous. If there was a zero-star rating available, I'd definitely select it.

Terrible phone service and frustrating appointment booking

Opening at 8:15 am, I began dialing, but their phone line remained shut until 8:20 am. After that, I was stuck on hold for 20 minutes, and then another 7-8 minutes before a staff member finally answered. Every time I call, I'm always waiting over 25-30 minutes on the line, and they're consistently claiming to be fully booked. I absolutely despise this approach, particularly when it comes to children's urgent medical needs with no emergency appointments available.

Despite the facility's less-than-ideal layout, my spouse and I have received exceptional medical attention from the healthcare professionals. The staff demonstrates remarkable patience and efforts to address challenges, especially given their high-stress environment. Scheduling consultations can be challenging, though this seems typical across most medical practices. Nevertheless, during critical situations, we've consistently been provided prompt care or home visits when seriously unwell. With our respective chronic health conditions, we remain thoroughly confident in the medical team's expertise and commitment.

The front desk staff probe into inappropriate personal matters, which is against regulations. The physicians are incompetent, and you're guaranteed to spend half an hour to 40 minutes waiting past your scheduled time, rendering the entire appointment concept meaningless.
